I do not recommend this dealership my XC40/4 years old, ****** some odd miles, has a serious safety issue in which no-one can fix. My vehicle sounds an alarm and then stops short at any speed on any road at any time and because the team at Tarpon Volvo cannot duplicate nor fix the issue, I was told I may never return to the Tarpon Volvo dealership ever again for no reason whatsoever, and I am left with a serious safety issue.

They did a Technical Service Bulletin repair on my Corvette for a locked steering wheel. Afterwards the steering wheel had an obvious rubbing sound in it.Took it back to the them. Paraphrasing, "Yep, it's rubbing, we can't get parts."So I paid for the TSB work (after 18 years you could argue Chevy didn't owe me the repair, but at the same time you'd think one of the dealers I've had this car in would have taken care of it).And yet the repair work set up a very annoying rubbing noise that they can't fix now.

all of my contact was over the phone, after three calls i established that i never want to give this place my money. i spoke to three different people over the phone; the first one made a nasty comment about the number of miles on my car and how “weird” it was, the second one could not stop commenting on and outwardly laughing at the pronunciation of my last name, and the third person i spoke to laughed in my face and sarcastically said “okay, sweetie” after i said i wanted to do some research and consider my options for a few repairs needed. i was told by the service scheduler that my only options were to wait two weeks for an appointment, or to leave my car at the dealership for *days* until someone can get around to it. i work full time and my car is inoperable without the repair. i went to autozone and had the repair paid for and installed within 10 minutes. now i have the dealership calling me and telling me to schedule an appointment as if they have any available. i regret purchasing a chevrolet now that i know my closest dealership will not treat me with respect.

I have had a very bad experience in this place that of course I will never go again, the personal treatment is not good. My appointment to check my car was for 9:45 in the morning and it was 5 pm and they had not said anything to me. There was nothing at all about this and when I called and asked, you told me that they had a lot of work and they were just looking at the car and they didn't know what it had when I had an appointment for 9:45 am and well the next day at 11am I showed up. They gave some nonsensical justifications and I had to laugh because it was all a lie since my car was in the same place where the tow truck had placed it the day before. They told me that it was possible that it would take several days with the car and when I protested and complained, My car is new from this year 2023, it has broken a lot so it has not come out of good quality because they say they were going to do everything possible to have it in the same day and of course they fixed it quickly but only because of my inconvenience and when I picked it up I I realized that they had not done the oil change that it also had and when I asked they told me that it had a different appointment. I was amazed at the great incompetence of this place so please, if you value your money, do not buy this brand of car, much less bring it to this place, which is the worst.

Thanks guys, for the most part the services were done and withing a reasonable time. However, communication still sucks. I did not get a call to be informed that my car was evaluated, or that it would all be covered under warranty. I am thankful it was covered however, a little information would have helped. I did not get a call to inform how long the process would take. I didn't even get a call to get offered a courtesy vehicle, which I understood would happen. I had to figure things out with family and that was not very helpful. All I got was a call stating my car was ready a week later.

I have purchased a few vehicles from this dealership and I’ll start by saying the sales team has always been wonderful! The service department on the other hand was atrocious. In particular a smug guy named Tony. He is completely clueless when it comes to customer service. Got quoted a price for a factory subwoofer install and agreed to it. Dropped my truck off and waited in the lobby. After 4 hours of waiting i inquired about an ETA. Tony said he has no idea and he will get back with me. Another two hours go by and I go inquire again. Tony then says he “thought “ i dropped my truck off and left. Proceeded to say he still doesn’t know anything which after dealing with this idiot i believe he doesn’t know much about anything. Luckily the sales team realized the situation and stepped in and arranged for me to have a loaner truck for the evening. The service department manager was nice about the situation and even said for my trouble he would waive the labor on the install which was nice. Well i went to pick up my truck the next day and to my surprise the labor fee wasn’t raised but actually jumped another $300 plus dollars and i was forced to pay $350 more than the quoted price if i wanted my truck back even after i showed the quoted price and the price on the website. I was told “i don’t care about what the parts department told you and the written estimate “ I really don’t understand how this type of business is allowed to be conducted by the owner. This was the absolute worst experience I ever had in any business and will never be back for my vehicles or my business fleet’s vehicles.

We are repeat loyalty customers, fourth lease with Chevy, this is our second lease with Ferman. We preferred to work with Mark Laird, who we worked with in the past. Mark had everything ready when we met him for our appointment. Knowing my husband and I, he even had the exact vehicle ready for us, which we ended up leasing. Mark’s service was excellent. He worked hard with us to come to a mutual financial decision, took time to address our questions, and explained all the new features of the new vehicle. Mark even called us back the next business day to provide an answer to a question he wasn’t certain about. Due to Mark and Rick’s excellent customer service, we will definitely return to Ferman for our next vehicle. Due to our gold status and the price of the new vehicle, Rick folded in the warranty for us at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. It was such a pleasurable experience!

My sales person was amazing.. so was the finance manager. The whole experience was the best Iv ever had purchasing a vehicle. Will definitely tell my friends and be back when it’s time to purchase another vehicle.

Searched high and low for a 2024 ZL1 Camaro. I reached out to dozens of dealerships online, and only Ferman provided straightforward answers. They had the car I wanted in stock and communicated with me perfectly. I drove 2 1/2 hours to view the car, and I was greeted promptly by Joe K upon arrival where they had the car waiting my inspection. Unlike many dealers, there was no mark up on the vehicle. The buying process was simple and no fuss. They did not push all the extra add-ons and warranties (they did offer). In and out in a fair amount of time. My only wish is that they were closer to home for my next purchase.

All team members I came in contact with were very pleasant. My sale rep Keith was excellent. He listened to what I was looking for and wasn’t pushy in any way. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the workings of my new car.

Very easy deal from start to finish. Transparent and up front, absolutely no shenanigans from the dealer made this the easiest car purchase in a long time for me.Everything was ready when I arrived the day after we made a deal over the phone (I’m 4 hours away) and I was on the road headed home in about an hour.Assuming I’m in the FL area Brett from Ferman Chevy will be my first call when it’s time to buy the our next vehicle.

Had my car towed to dealership and was told they would check it out. Was notified later in day about what needed to be done. Needed a new battery and a few other things done. Which some were ones that I was going to have done at my next appointment along with the oil change I was going to have done. Everyone that I deal with at Ferman are very nice and helpful at getting done what I need done to my vehicle. I appreciate all their hard work and taking care of my car. Thank you

From the moment I first spoke to Jim Allison, our salesman, I felt very comfortable and relax. He was not pushy, and you could feel he really want it to help by being honest and forthcoming about the information I needed. Once at the dealership, he was very thorough explaining everything about the vehicle and he new basically everything about it. We did not felt pressure, rushed into buying or making a decision, nor we felt like we were being trick with hidden information at the end. He went above and beyond, and even after the sale, he has made himself available.I would definitely recommend Jim and Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon Springs.Thank you Jim, It has been, by far, the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new car.

They did a fine job fixing my car and I do not want to be super negative. However, I made an appointment to have my car looked at on a Monday, about a week before. I bring my car in and the service advisor says they are really busy but should be able to get it done by Tuesday. Okay, we have two cars and my wife was off until Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoon they called and said they can't look at it until Wednesday. That meant I had no car on Wednesday, although when it was ready, Ferman did provide shuttle service to pick it up. They were extremely nice and gave me an excellent car wash. All I ask is that if you can't honor an appointment, call and reschedule before I bring the car in.
