We recently purchased a used truck from Ferman Volvo. Our communications with Chris Roy (sales manager) ahead of time, to get a ballpark out-the-door and to make sure the truck was still available, as we had a 2-hour drive to the dealership, were pleasant and prompt. When we arrived, Jim Baker, our salesman, was there to greet us, and the truck was ready for a test drive. When we returned, the paperwork was ready, and the out-the-door price was clearly marked and was exactly what we expected - no hidden fees and no $3k "Advantage" fees you see at other dealers in the Central FL area! Bogi, our finance guy, was also very friendly and explained everything clearly and concisely. The whole experience was pleasant and as quick as you can expect at a car dealership. Thanks, Ferman!

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. After dropping my car off for a check engine light I was charged over $1000 for service, picked up my car and the check engine light is still on, took it back a second time in 2 days charged another “labor” fee and was told the sensor wasn’t turned off. Left the parking lot and the check engine light is still on. Then I was told it is because my spark plugs were done somewhere other than Volvo, so I would need to go back and get charged more labor fees. On top of it that the service advisor is unfriendly and rude. If you need Volvo service I would go to Tampa or St. Pete. Ferman Volvo are scammers just trying to get as much money as possible out of customers.

Service is a waste of money and time. I paid $400 for the 100000 mile service and all they did was change the oil and a filter. They didn't even inspect the car. If they had, they would have seen the oil leaking through cvvt solenoid gasket and making a puddle of oil on top of the engine. They couldn't even be bothered to run diagnostics on my check engine light. 2 stars because at least the parts department is helpful.

The salesman was great. The sales manager was great. But in my opinion the finance manger. Was shady. He charged me over 2,600 dollars for a Volvo extended warranty I never wanted and was never told about. He snuck in a paper work for a 7 year 100,000 extended warranty. Beware.

Awesome experience all around, salesperson Jim Baker and Sales Manager Chris were great to deal with. We were in and out of the dealer in around an hour and my wife loves her new XC60!

My hubby and I visited them last month to see what our options were as our Lease was ending soon. We worked with Michael Kashton, Michael Russo and the Manager Chris Roy. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and worked with us to acquire a new Lease upgrading from a 2022 XC90 to a 2024 XC90. We went from just checking out our options, to driving off with a new vehicle. It was shortest time I've ever spent in a dealership to get a new vehicle. We had a few minor details after, but Chris Roy addressed and resolved it in a timely manner. Thank You Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs.

Excellent service for the past 25 years Matt deserves a lot of credit by keeping his customers happy. I just had another excellent experience with Ferman' service department. Both advisors, Sharron and Matt kept me informed on the status on my Volvo S80 . This is why I keep returning to Ferman.

Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Me and my fiancé had some very specific needs and were on a tight budget, our salesman Jason went right to work and found us the perfect car to fit all our needs. He was not pushy, just very helpful and had an answer to every question we had. When we went to do the financing we got the pleasure of working with Coleton, who also answered our hundreds of (probably annoying) questions with a smile, explaining everything in great detail and being so helpful. We were treated like family start to finish and will be going back here without a doubt.

I do not recommend this dealership my XC40/4 years old, 30,000 some odd miles, has a serious safety issue in which no-one can fix. My vehicle sounds an alarm and then stops short at any speed on any road at any time and because the team at Tarpon Volvo cannot duplicate nor fix the issue, I was told I may never return to the Tarpon Volvo dealership ever again for no reason whatsoever, and I am left with a serious safety issue.
