Amazing. When I was younger my dads office was close yet a little far and had to walk here sometimes just for the fun of it cause what else dose a 8 year old do at an office and so I went almost everytime I was with my dad at work or we drove past to go the dent and the people who work here never EVER said anything rude (I buy here almost every couple of months) I have gotten snails fish spiders crawfish EVERYTHING from them also it is a little dirty on the ground but who. Can. Blame. Them! They work all day to keep things clean! Imagine for a couple of hours having to clean this amazing store over and over cause some tank spills a little! Thank you to the owner of the store and workers

They have fish and other animals, which is... Interesting... I can't confirm whether or not they're taken care of, there are always dead fish in the tanks. Check out their prices of regular things, like fish food, are 3x the cost on Amazon.

The staff is super nice! My grandson was so excited to see all the different reptiles, and the staff actually allowed him to hold a few, which made his day. He will be purchasing a ? for his birthday.

I bought 6 fish on Saturday 04/27/2024 spent 54.00 with tax and was told by the owners son who helped us, that if any of those fish die with a few days bring the corpse back with a sample of water and he would replace the fish. Also, test to see if my water was the cause.The owner was also there speaking with his son while he was helping us. I go back in today 4/29/2024 because one of the fish died within 24 hours of purchase. The son was not there however, the father was. Not only did the old cranky man “ owner” insult my intelligence but he had the nerve to say, you can pay half for a replacement of the same fish species. Needless to say I will no longer be purchasing anything from this business.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I have ALWAYS had issues with anything from this place and I have gotten a handful of animals from them over a long period of time. Everything died within days. I decided I was going to give them ANOTHER chance and I bought a jumping spider from them 2 days ago. JUST A SPIDER! And it died within TWO DAYS!!!! The last time I got any animals from here was a couple guppy fish for my niece and they were sick and killed all my other fish as well!!DONT GO HERE!!!!!

STAY AWAY HORRIBLE! horrible employees and products. I went in this store and felt horrible for these animals, all were neglected looking and the store itself needs to be shut down with dust on every item in there not to mention worms in items to purchase. Purchased a fish while the guy who got the fish was very non caring and rough(grabbed three and almost flung on the floor) when i asked for only one and said i didn't want to choose. long story short one day later the fish is floating up sideways and seems like it has a internal parasite sadly. my water is perfect i test it my fish i had prior was doing very well until a little after adding the fish from fosters. went back another day and the two girls that were there walked away after each fish they got for me and would only come back to give me a rude/smart remark that made me highly upset in addition after me waiting five minutes before walking to the counter to ask for another when i told them i was getting a couple. one younger girl saw me waiting nicely behind her to ask for help and walked away behind the counter to avoid me so i asked the owner who himself was extremely rude and made me extremely uncomfortable and he had a attitude that i wanted a fish. the onwer and other young girl watched and literally made me buy a rock that i said i was not interested in buying as it was full of hair human and dog hair along with worms all in the box and on the rocks. i wouldn't even bring the rock in my house. then to have the owner make me feel bad and again extremely uncomfortable giving me faces and smart remarks while cutting me off multiple times because i did not like a fish decoration that looked like a 5 years old girl would have not to mention it was $50 and was not big and i found the same online for half the price, on top of that it was the same decoration that i saw there 3 years ago! the owner states their prices are very competitive yet the same exact brand online and other stores are HALF THE PRICE! it's your job! why work at a pet store if you never and do not want to do your job correct. this store seriously needs to be shut down. what makes me even more upset is when i left they all told me including the owner that they will die that same night. gave me wrong information on acclimating and also told me to starve my fish. also overcharged me $5 on one fish $10 on another and $5 on another fish and the rock was $6.99 got charged $19.99 HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

This place is great for fresh and saltwater aquarium fish fresh. Prices are fair for most fish. Has very helpful employees. This place offers lots of cool pets for sale.
