Very unhappy I was trying to go to the store to return some thing I purchased and the employee said I’m sorry the manager is not here to take returns. You have to come back another day. That is completely unacceptable. I’ve never heard of any store when it comes to returns to say that to me, I am coming out of my way, the store manager was very insisting that he couldn’t take the return unless he’s there very unprofessional and I’m happy with the store

I am not someone to write reviews, but in this case management doesn't care about what you tell them. I thought the best way to let customers know they should not shop from this location. They do jot treat their employees well at all! The new mgr has no balls to speak to the employees about cutting hours and replacing them with others. Yes you can hire and reduce hours and even fire but we all our humans and deserve a conversation. I feel this company should invest in management training and instead of sticking a body in a position. I will never ever recommend this place for employment. I will tell people to please take your business elsewhere, this company doesn't care about anyone but themselves. Do not support a business that cannot even be respectful to their employees.

This company and the management has no respect for employees or customers. My family member worked there and when they changed managers recently the new manager doesn't put them on the work schedule at all and doesn't even call them to introduce himself or if they even have a job or not at all. This is after they were scheduled for that pay period and they just changed it with out proper legal notice. Now the previous manager calls them asking for their store key? Why would they ask for a key if they were not being terminated,laid off or persecuted against . Why are you asking for a key if they still are an employee? In addition there have been no performance, attendance or any other issues ever with their employment. But it could be because the new manager has no spine and wants to bring his 2 buddies to work for him. Maybe GNC should look into how their so called management handles employees ?.

I’m currently struggling with weight loss, and the Manager there Joshua was very insightful! I had many questions, he answered every single one without hesitation. He was very genuine and kind! I will always come back here! I’m so very grateful for my GNC experience, and what he says is actually working for me! I strongly urge everyone to go to Josh if they need any help, or have any questions!

Absolutely abysmal GNC. The worst I’ve been to hands down. Never have drinks stocked in the cold case and always hear the same thing every time, “we’re too busy”. Too busy? The store is dead every time I’m there. Lets not forget you’re taking a shot in the dark every time you have to go considering there’s a sign on the door every. single. day. saying “be back soon”. It’s happened to me more times than I can count at this point and just happened again. Never returning to this store front and I don’t advise anybody else go either. The door will probably be locked anyways. Spend an extra 5 minutes and drive to Vitamin Shoppe or the new Discount Nutrition off Alderman.

Place is awesome! The manager is super nice and has helped me a lot these past couple months. He’s got a lot of knowledge in fitness and knows a lot about the products in the store!

I have shopped at this location for over 10 years with good experiences. That stopped today. The new manager (according to him - he wouldn't give me his name) ignored me when I walked in and continued to take a phone call without even acknowledging I was there. After finding what I wanted and waiting another five plus minutes while he ignored me I finally asked if he could check me out. Which he pointed out was rude because he was on the phone. As opposed to him ignoring me the entire time I was there. When I asked for his name so I could report him to GNC he told me if I didn't leave he would call the police for harassing him. I think with that attitude his days in the store are going to be lonely. I would stay away until they fire him.

IF I could give 0 stars I would. The worst shopping experience I have ever had EVER!!! First no one is there when I walked in. Then the sales clerk was very aggressive about requesting a phone number then wanted a different number then what I gave him which I had to say multiple times that I did not have another phone number. He did not like that and told me not to return to the store. WHICH I WONT BE and neither should anyone else if this is how they treat customers. And WHY did he need my phone number to purchase something in the store. HE NEVER EXPLAINED WHY HE WANTED IT. It is typically not a requirement to provide a phone number to purchase merchandise in stores. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. (04/3/21 @ 11:30am).

This store refused to honor a $20 off purchase of $100 or more coupon on 3/8/21, expiring on 3/10/21, claiming its computer indicated it had already been used, when it absolutely had not. The employee blamed this failure on “new software.” Would therefore not recommend this store.

This store refused to honor a coupon for $20 off a purchase of $100 or more on 3/8/21, which expired on 3/10/21, claiming it had already been used, when it certainly had not been. The employee claimed the failure to honor might be due to "new software," but continued to refuse to honor this coupon for a $128.00 purchase. Would therefore not recommend.
