On vacation and needed a haircut. Was nervous about getting a haircut from a random person at a chain haircut spot.
Was super blessed to have Dawn, who has been cutting hair for 35 years and she crushed it! Asian hair is super tough to do, being super coarse. She did great and was very attentive to try to understand exactly what I was looking for.
I don't know if I could say the same for every single person, but for sure ask for Dawn!

Today my neck line was crooked! Very embarrassing but noticeable from a stranger behind me at Publix! Not only that but the neck hairs weren’t shaved completely. The neck hair issue has happened before at this location. This should be the easiest thing to do but they managed somehow to mess it up!

Went today to get a cut by Rosa. She did amazing. I had a bad experience at Boot Ranch a couple years back and mainly stuck with Clearwater. I gave Tarpon a shot as it close to where I was and I'm impressed.
Rosa did some additional things while cutting, (like shaping) that others did not. I am very happy with the cut and will return for her work.
