Hickory Point RV Park

Hours: Hickory Point RV Park is a beautiful, private RV park on the river with a beautiful setting and amazing waterfront site views. It is located in a quiet town close to attractions, about three miles from the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, with restaurants, shops, and great Greek restaurants nearby. The area offers nice bike trails and is very close to a county park and dog parks. The campground has great customer service and friendly staff. Guests can enjoy watching dolphins pass by every morning and evening, as well as sunrise and sunsets from the waterfront. The park hosts crafts, breakfasts, and community fires. However, it has hurricane and fire related damage, with several buildings lost and the clubhouse, laundry, and bathrooms still being rebuilt. A nice portable bathroom facility is available. Amenities are currently not all available, with no cable or wifi provided. Some guests noted the electric rates were very high, with charges that felt astronomical. Overall, it is a very beautiful area where visitors can relax, restore, and repeat their stay.
