I can’t say enough great things about Hoffman’s Mini Storage! I used their services for 2 years, and it was an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. Joann was incredible — always responsive, accommodating, and genuinely caring. She consistently answered my calls and texts promptly, which made managing my storage so easy even from a distance.
The cherry on top was when I decided to hire movers to transport my belongings from Florida to Virginia. With barely an hour’s notice, Joann personally went above and beyond — packing up all my loose items into boxes and meeting the movers herself. She was on standby the entire time, making sure everything went smoothly.
It’s rare to find that kind of dedication and flexibility these days. I’m beyond grateful for her help and highly recommend Hoffman’s Mini Storage to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and customer-focused storage facility!

Hoffman mini storage is an awesome place place to store your items. JoAnn and her staff are friendly polite and professional. The businessis kept clean and is monitored by cameras and staff. The auto pay function is good also as your payment comes out on the same day each month you don't have to worry about forgetting. Would highly recommend this business if you need a nice clean abs secure area for you things.

Best storage I ever had! Joann is great and will treat you right. Don’t waste your time with other storage companies, Hoffman’s is the best in town! Clean, safe and secure. No hassles, great prices, easy access. 5 stars is not enough for this business, but that’s the max allowed by google.

Perfect mini-storage experience! We needed a spot to store our stuff that was saved from the hurricane while our place was being fixed. Hoffman's mini-storage was affordable, easy to access, flexible, and overall great to deal with. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back if we ever have any storage needs!
