“Hate to go because I always buy kitchen ware. They stand behind their products. I had a metal tangine with a minor seam seperation on the upper cone and they gave me a new set including the enamel iron bottom, no issue. Great selection and their sales are good”
“We were very pleased with the product and service from JnS Flooring. Gina helped us select a very nice LVP plank based on our likes and dislikes. Unfortunately, after we ordered it, the manufacturer advised that there would be a serious delay shipping the product. Gina immediately recommended an alternate product that we actually ended up liking better than the first one we had picked out. It was available in just a few days and within a week, Jimmy and Sasha (JnS) were at our home ready to do the installation. Our house has a challenging layout but we told Jimmy we didn't want any transition strips going from room to room and he made it happen. He and Sasha worked together like a well oiled machine and finished the 1200 square foot installation in just a day and a half. They are both very skilled and professional. The floor looks great and there pricing was very competitive, much better than the big boxes for equivalent product. Jimmy also made it clear as he was leaving that they stand behind their installations and if we were to have any issues, they would immediately be out to correct them. That hasn't been necessary because they did a great job. I have no hesitation in recommending JnS.”
“I called them twice for repairs . One time it was just a breaker to switch. The second time someone in our house must have turned the gas off.
So they came for nothing (it was all my fault and an easy fix for me). But nonetheless they were all smiley and happy, and didn't even charge me anything for the 2 calls. I recommend the company.”
