“I was nervous to go to a laundromat when my dryer recently broke, because I had bad experiences many years ago when living in other areas. But this laundromat was amazing! I went before lunch on a Thursday, so it was the morning crowd. People were chatting with each other as they waited for the loads to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There is no staff on site, but they have a phone number to call if you have any problems. While I was there, another company was repairing a light fixture. I'm guessing that the owners do not let repairs go long without being addressed as the rest of the facility was clean and in good working order. Each machine has a QR code which when scanned with a smartphone guides you to download an app and pay digitally. There are also two coin machines that take $1, $5, $10, and $20. The dryers cost 25 cents for 5 minutes. That might sound like a lot, but the dryers are amazing. I was able to fit two full loads from my washing machine at home into one dryer at this place. It was full of very wet towels, and it still only took 30 minutes for them to get completely dry. In fact, they were a little too hot, so I'm going to try only 25 minutes next time. That comes out to only $1.25 or $1.50 for enough clothes to fit in two domestic washing machines. The next time my washer or dryer breaks, I know exactly where I am going. I'm actually kind of looking forward to it :)”
“Aside from my clothes being ready before the promised time, which was certainly an added bonus, it was the lady that helped me for both checking in and for pickup that stood out most! “I’ve always had good experiences with this company in different Pinellas county locations over a decade. They offer a military discount and did a great job on my husband’s uniform. Very fair prices and kind workers. I love the drive through, too! Won’t go anywhere else!”

“My first time at a laundromat and the owner was there & helped me figure out what I was doing while he was there working and upgrading! It was clean, well taken care of and safe. I had a ton of pillows and a huge comforter to wash that would’ve taken me two days at my own house to wash and only took one hour here! $8 for 60 pounds to wash in 25 minutes! Cash only!”
“2025 update: They have since installed an automated/24 hour access system. At first I was skeptical, but it is AWESOME! Super simple to use and you can get your dry cleaning 24/7. What could be better.

The only negative thing i can say is that they short-change their staff by not allowing tips via card. No one uses cash these days. I think it's ridiculous that we can't tip using a card in 2026.”
“This laundromat is clean and well kept.
If you have any issues with the machines, you can text/call the number posted on the wall and they will respond promptly. The only issue right now is no A/C but they are planing to put it in. Box fans would be great to circulate the air (overhead fans don’t do much). I also think window tinting would help a lot and reserved parking signs will help prevent ballpark guests from taking the spaces during games.”

“Crown Cleaners is the finest cleaners I've ever dealt with. Not only do they do a wonderful job with my clothes, the service is phenomenal. My mother, who has passed away, had given me a coat that I left there to be cleaned almost 9 months ago. I had forgot about it. I called Crown, not really expecting it to still be there, but it was. “Words can’t begin to express how grateful I am for the upstanding folks running this facility. There was a mix up with blankets, apparently someone else grabbed my blanket mistakenly and I was left with theirs. Without going into too much detail, I was devastated. But wait, all hope was not lost, I gave the clerk my phone number in case the other client returns with said blanket. This was maybe 3 weeks ago.. I had let it go. Until my phone rang today and it was the super kind helpful gentleman letting me know my blanket had made its way back to the facility. It wasn’t just any blanket- it was a 10 ft by 10 ft oversized coma inducer down alternative king size Massive blanket lol. I headed over to the laundromat, and there it was, waiting for me! It was my first experience having gone to a laundromat. I’d also like to mention how kind and patient the attendant on-site was who helped me when I initially started with the comforter, I had a lot of questions lol. “Went on a Sunday evening, not busy at all. The machines and the place was very clean. My clothes were done washing in 30 minutes as that was all i needed to do. The woman who works there was so helpful and friendly too.”
“Took in a suit for pressing they offered a cleaning with turnaround pick up in two days. Went to pick it up, and they said the suit wouldn't be ready for two additional days. Then they couldn't find my suit. I explained when I dropped it off, just a quick press heading out of town, and I need it quick. Was called back 20 minutes later, and it was done, ready for pick up as originally scheduled. They do a great job with the dry cleaning, that's why I go there. Could be a bit better with internal communication and tracking garments.”
“The place is not a palace but JOANNE is great. She does my laundry about every two weeks till the storm and I couldnt get it done due to the storm. I am very jappy with how Joanne does my clothes.
