About Leslie's Pool Supplies

Leslie's is a store for pool supplies and service. The staff is consistently described as amazing, cheerful, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. They provide outstanding customer service, patiently teaching new pool owners everything needed for maintenance and helping to get pool levels back on track. The employees are noted for their integrity, often recommending better products or prices elsewhere and providing honest advice about repairs. The store itself has a welcoming presentation. However, customers express significant frustration with the current prices of pool chemicals, noting that costs for items like chlorine tablets and shock have increased dramatically compared to just a few years ago, with some feeling the pricing is unreasonable. Despite these price concerns, the exceptional and trustworthy service leads many to highly recommend Leslie's and even drive out of their way to visit this particular location.
