I just went to pay my $5 payment for which Metro shut me off and I had NO money but Sam helped me and paid it for me and did not charge me nothing, he's an angel ?
I will recommend Sam to everyone.

Really bad experience with store manager Sam. Midway the transaction he lied to me saying they took payment for the device at some other store and they will pick it up here which was a lie. Metro doesn't hold device it's against their policy. Would expect better customer service from the store manager.

Sam was incredibly helpful to my boyfriend when we went in with a transfer pin issue, after calling multiple metros, and being told there was nothing they could do to help, we decided to head to the store on Pinellas Ave to speak to someone and I’m glad we did, Sam went above and beyond for us and fixed our problem in a timely manner, you rock Sam!

Sam is the absolute best!! Returned to him for multiple phone switches and always was the most helpful. Went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues, unrelated to Metro, as well. Excellent customer service from the employees so grateful for them.

God I never had a problem till the people,who don't speak English made me pay 23 bucks to call Pakistan..then got my 3 phone's and tablet shut off cus thoe he spoke Pakistani he couldn't run the computer

NIGHTMARE: Stay away from Metro by T-Mobile. Their service especially customer service sucks. They nailed us good with these three phones and two tablets that are absolutely junk. We switched to T-Mobile that has been so far much better so far. Night and day as of customer service and better equipment.UPDATE: I contacted response from owner only to have them tell me there was noting they could do. We are still stuck with three phones and two tablets that we can do nothing with but throw away.
