While visiting my family in New Port Richey Florida . I need to have my van washed. My mother told me about Mike's. My van has never been washed or wax by anyone but me. When I arrived I decided to take a chance and let them wash and wax my van. The staff at Mike's are as professional as they come. It takes a lot to impress me. Well they did. When ever I am in town visiting. I will definitely go to Mike's.

Car was clean on the outside but the vacuum job wasn’t great. Would go to again knowing I’ll have to finish vacuuming myself. Price was good for what you get

One stall had a messed up knob and wouldn’t use the correct feature. I asked for help because couldn’t get the foaming brush to work. The guy acted irritated and like I was stupid. On top of it the soap that came out when I went to the next stall was practically non existent and all water. They also charge more at this car wash just to start washing. Won’t be coming back ?

Avoid this place at all cost. The self serve wash bays do NOT work. Swiped my card for $2.50, nothing worked and they charged me $10.00. Mike could not have cared less.

I wish I could give this place negative zero stars!!!! the way my wife was treated here. Bad customer service the owner was very rude and misogynistic. Wouldnt go this place if they paid me. This place has been far from servicable I recommend taking your business elsewhere as this place isn’t even that clean and hardly any soap or water. This place is terrible AVOID it.

Excellent experience for me every time I go to Mike's! I bring all 4 of my cars here and they are very thorough and do a nice job always. Pricing is extremely fair for what you are receiving. Best place around!

Absolutely Horrible Experience at This Car Wash - Avoid at All Costs!I recently had the misfortune of visiting this car wash, and I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the experience was. The owner and employees displayed astonishing aggression, rudeness and incompetence throughout our visit, leaving us utterly appalled, especially Ahmad Karzoun, the main perpetrator.From the very beginning, it was clear that this establishment lacked proper customer service and professionalism. When we arrived, there were no clear instructions on where to park, and rather than offering guidance, the staff decided to yell at us. This type of behavior is not only disrespectful but entirely unprofessional.The issues did not stop there. Not only did they fail to assist in choosing a package, but they also automatically began detailing my car without consent. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge me significantly more than the prices clearly posted on their wall. This violates consumer trust.Their obnoxious and entitled behavior is a testament to their disregard for customer satisfaction and deceitful tactics.I implore anyone reading this review: Do not visit this car wash under any circumstances. Their lack of professionalism, rude & aggressive behavior, and unethical pricing practices make them entirely unworthy of your business. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere for your car cleaning needs. This place is an absolute disaster and should be avoided at all costs.

This place doesn't exist anymore there is a brand new automated car wash in its place FYI. Forget the name but new place is good car wash. They give out bottles of water for free. Staff even assist with drying off exterior of vehicle and don't stand around with their hand out for a tip.

Excellent place to have your vehicle cleaned inside and out!The workers do a great job of cleaning, are friendly and answer questions. The price is quite fair and I definitely will return....I am very happy!

Muhammad was one of the sweetest kindest people because of him and the phone conversation I went there and the service from him that I received matched his kindness his brother and his dad were also very kind I appreciate them so much.... the girls that did the inside didn't vacuum between seats or clean the console as well as it should have been but besides that all else was fine ...nothing but love to the family ♥️
