Waited THREE days to get an appointment, told they couldn’t see me bc they were double booked… that’s upsetting enough, but then came the kicker- you could audibly hear Nurse Aimee Davis watching cat videos through the door!!! (Meow meow happy birthday etc… how infuriating!)No one else was even in the lobby.

I went here recently and the practitioner on staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend visiting if need be; but, be sure to make an appointment.

I went last night after being symptomatic for 10 days, having a negative COVID test and sitting in Baycare Urgent Care for 3 hours on 08/13 just to be pushed to do another COVID test (which I refused) \\u0026 spend 3 minutes with their provider. Jennifer sat with me for about 15 minutes and thoroughly evaluated me. She answered all of my questions and suggested a medication regimen that has me feeling almost back to normal today. Very impressed with the care I received.

Do not go here for COVID testing. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I have not had any test results back yet. I’ve called many many times and am always on hold FOREVER and nobody ever knows why I didn’t hear back yet. They said someone would call me from high up and never did. I’m convinced my test was lost and I basically waited 4 weeks for nothing!

Went to Minute Clinic for my wife on Saturday. She tested positive for Influenza A and I ended up there Monday for the same. Both of us were treated very well and are surprised at how quickly we felt better with Tamiflu. Kind, caring staff/even called for follow up. Thanks!

Not technically a “walk in” clinic. They will turn you away for not having an appointment. Also, do it online because before I went there I spent 15 minutes on the minute clinic hotline which did not say I needed an appointment for my visit several hours before they closed and the cut off time. They did offer water while I waited to be turned away which is nice.

If you have a Primary Doctor ALWAYS go there, first. 2nd time I've gone to the Minute Clinic and not get what I needed ... so having to get "fit in" at my Primary. Waste of time and money. :(

I went and signed in. Ate lunch. Came back. Still 80 minute wait. So I went to the urgent care up the street and was seen. Then I turned in my dr note at work. Then I went to Walmart to get my prescription. Filled it. started driving home. Got a text saying I was next in line. So, if you use this option, expect a 2 hour wait.

Incredibly misleading prices. Went in there with a family member after looking online at prices of around $65. Once we got there and they quickly checked her (very noninvasive), and with a very frigid customer service, I was charged $130. I could have gone to a family doctor and only paid $80. On top of that The medication was almost twice as expensive at CVS than anywhere else. Never going to minute clinics again!

This is my 2500th review. Minute Clinic located in the CVS at Tarpon Avenue and US 19 is a Godsend. I woke up with more than a cold, not quite the flu and it was settling into my ears. I've come to this location before and knew that the wait was likely to be short and the care professional so I decided to give it a go. There was NO wait, I literally signed in, was called into the office and my vitals were taken. The Nurse Practicioner took my insurance information again as it was recently updated, and asked me questions about my predicament. I explained what was going on, she looked in my throat (red), in my nose (mostly clear), and in my ears( OH BOY.. RED AND SWOLLEN). We talked about the medications I was currently on, medications I knew to avoid and she issued out a prescription for an antibiotic and cough pearls. I had them filled by the Pharmacy, usually it's a few minute wait, but today there was none, I was in and out in less than 25 minutes from walking in to walking out. YMMV
