Very nice store with friendly helpful staff, great prices, and plenty of parking. I purchased something I really liked back when they first opened (about 7 years ago) and went back to get more of them today- the price was about the same all these years later. Thomas S was very helpful on the floor, and cashier Karen C provided an excellent check out experience today.

Excellent staff very knowledgeable easy to work with these folks and Tarpon Springs are with the program one word to share , PERFECT !!! I do believe the young lady I spoke to at Tarpon Springs Northern tool was Shawna I believe hands-down excellent service employee went above and beyond to get me caught up with purchasing my Northstar spot sprayer.

99% of the time, they have what I need, and it is in stock. Normally the staff is friendly and they are always helpful to locate an item for you.
One time, a couple of years ago, they were out of stock of the item I needed they had a substitute that was $12 more and would not offer any type of discount. Most companies would have offered a discount
