I want to take time and say that groomer jodi did a fabulous job on my Lulu.
I also want to take time to comment on the review where a comment was made on Jodi.
People do have off days and that my have just been hers.
Before you go and judge some one you might want to look at both sides of the issues.
The store I have seen no issues.

I am editing my review because I wanted to say that the management is still amazing, but I saw this poor lady sobbing about her dogs, Jody did a very terrible job on her pups made this lady cry she was saying they’ve been there all day and the poor manager with the blue hair was trying her best to calm her down, but if those were my dogs I would have had more than a few words with that groomer they need to get her out of that salon and this amazing store

Not from this area but my pup was in dyer need of grooming and they were able to schedule me same day at very affordable rates. Thank you all very much at petco, Nash (pup) was so excited as well they took very good care of him!

Leroy was awesome!!! Thank you to him and all the amazing team at PetCo Tarpon Springs!!! The staff and groomers are always so helpful and our pups have never been happier!!!!

I am a newbie to the fish world so starting a new tank with all the supplies is daunting but luckily Leroy came to work that day … he showed me everthing I need and don’t need he is a wealth of information .. knew everything and we will be back next week !!!!

I bought a ferret 2 months ago and he died because he was not vaccinated and the workers lied and said he was fully vaccinated, second they didn’t give me no vaccine certificate or any paperwork about my ferret, third Jeffrey was not friendly and super disrespectful came up to my face and started yelling when all I asked for was the ferrets paperwork. He claimed to be the “manager” , a manager doesn’t act like that.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!

Excellent selection of aquatics. I saw a poor review questioning the health of the fish. Upon looking into the previous review I saw that the tank and fish were being treated and that it was clearly marked.
