Waited 45 minutes, finally received a new modem to replace defectiveol one - the service personnel that came to our home were awesome, including the supervisor that helped me over the phone.

Obviously if you make an appointment it’s better. Waited 30 minutes to be seen. It took about 10-15 minutes for them to fill out your information and to get the equipment. The employee was nice!

Completely unhelpful. Took one look at the package I was bringing in, and told me to take it down to fedex. Sleazy salespeople who still sign you up for services you never confirmed or gave a card number for. Sketchy and not trustworthy company.

I wish i could write zero stars. The stores the staff and maintenance people are all amazing and friendly. But the service itself once installed is an absolute rip off. Internet cuts out constantly, even after having a a very friendhard working employee come to service the internet who said hes already changed 5 setups this week for issues the internet still cuts out constantly or has bad service. I would advise anyone possible to use a different internet provider. I have never seen a company have such nice hard working employees as the face for such terrible service.

I just had a fantastic experience with a CSR at this Tarpon Springs location. Her name started with a T. She was fantastic and knowledgeable on everything I inquired about. I needed to cut some costs for my monthly bills and made an appointment to see someone. There were appointments for the same day. And there was a line so I'm glad I made an appointment. T was so quick I was informed on all my options and had my new services and was out of the door within 10 minutes of getting there.
I recommend making an appointment and inquiring as to what ALL your options are. Thanks T. I apologize I didn't write down your name to give you a better shout out cause you were fantastic. I hope you get to enjoy some days in the outdoors soon cause you deserve them.

Shawn brining I have to say is a saint, Shawn helped my parents ( not tex savy) to get there phones activated, after a few long days! I was with my mother during this time in the Tarpon Springs store, and I just want everyone to know, SHAWN WAS AMAZING and so unbelievably accommodating !

My wife and I visited the Spectrum store in Tarpon Springs for mobile phone service and received great customer service from Shawn Brining. We switched to Spectrum from Verizon, and Shawn took the time to explain the nuances of the current deal and switching over. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
