My wife and I visited the Spectrum store in Tarpon Springs for mobile phone service and received great customer service from Shawn Brining. We switched to Spectrum from Verizon, and Shawn took the time to explain the nuances of the current deal and switching over. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Shopping for a phone is not my favorite thing to do. However, Shawn at the tarpon Springs Fl. Spectrum store made it a very pleasant experience. His knowledge, his honesty and patience were exceptional. I would highly recommend Shawn and this Spectrum store to everyone. Tom

I had a cool experience with RJ. He’s the real deal—a solid pro with excellent working knowledge, people skills, good work ethic and a demonstrated caring concern for that which represents a (prospective/existing) customer’s best interests. FYI, I’ve also had positive experiences in the past with other Spectrum Store team members. Good job, Spectrum!

I would like to give Terrika 5 stars for great customer service and going above and beyond to help me. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I just signed up for internet and the fraud department noticed fraud on my account and canceled my account. So I had to go to the store and get it reactivated. But thanks to Terrika, it was an easy process.

Absolutely horrendous internet providers lived here literally my whole life and my family's had these goofies come out to try and fix our terrible wifi for years to no avail.

They have sent technicians out twice to put in my internet and cable. Going on two weeks and still no internet or cable. Everyone says “it’s not my job” and I have to contact them again. 3 additional appointments scheduled and multiple no shows for someone to install my service. I put in a complaint with two supervisors who promised me that someone would show up and complete the job and they still didn’t. I live in a new build townhome community and all my neighbors have service and got it with one service call but somehow my place can’t get internet until I wait 30-35 days for them to send someone from construction out here now! That will total 6 weeks to get service! If it wasn’t part of my HOA I would go with someone else. Meanwhile I am paying for service I cannot use!

Please avoid Spectrum Cable/Internet they are nothing but a bunch of used car salesman who promise a product and then WILL NOT deliver at install time. Installers do not talk to techs who do not communicate with their lousy sales team. I was very specific with what I wanted and then at install time they didn't do it and when I called they said oops the salesperson quoted me wrong and wanted to change me more then $30 a month more. I spoke to 6 different people that they kept transferring me to in almost 2 hours on the phone. it was nothing but a bunch of BS that they kept saying. PLEASE CALL ANOTHER PROVIDER. I was warned and didn't listen. Won't happen again!!!!!!!!!

We stopped in the other evening to change our mobile phone carrier.We were greeted by store specialist, RJ Murphy. With his, I will help you attitude our change over went smoothly without any delays. Mr. Murphy was courteous and listened to our concerns about changing over to Spectrum Mobile. He answered all of our questions and we are now Spectrum Mobile customers. Mr. Murphy is a credit to your specialist staff. He exhibits professional and knowledge of his products. Thank you Mr. Murphy..

Not a fan of Spectrum at all. I was trying to return their modem/router. They wouldn't allow me. Instead the required me to take it to the UPS store and make them pay for shipping! Makes no sense at all! No Wonder everything Spectrum cost so much!!!

RJ at the Tarpon Springs Spectrum store was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I went to exchange my modem that stopped working. He gave me a newer modem, router, and new cables, and he even helped lower my bill with the bundle savings. Thanks again!
