Zero stars given - The service at the Tarpon Springs Staples location is truly abysmal. As of today, we are finished here.
During our interaction at the print center, Jennifer (Jen) was rude, condescending, curt and dismissive. When I asked for help, she refused. Her representation of your company is unfavorable.
The assistant store manager, Angelina, who in the past was approachable and helpful, dismissed my complaint about Jen. According to her, it's a self-service print center that doesn't offer assistance, and employees aren't compensated well enough to offer assistance. This response shocked my husband, who vowed to take our business elsewhere.
Become a better company, Staples.

Always frustrating in the print Dept, the girl Jess or Jenn I can't remember her name, is always on her cell phone. The last two times I've been there I was told to wait, she is off at 3:00 and doesn't get a lunch, someone will be right with me, well that's not my problem. I have spent alot of money here, PCs, chairs and most of my office supplies, but that stops today. I will be bringing my business to office depot from now on. (Off at 3:00 and I dont get a lunch) really???
