Worst bank ever. I wrote a check to one of their clients. The check cleared my account in 3 days. Truest held the money for 2 WEEKS! I wouldn’t bank here for any reason.

Waited in line for 45 minutes Friday at 3:00 PM to do a deposit. The teller said they had ONE person working... This is a great way to get your customers to leave.

The tellers here are rude and have no respect for our military and veterans. Even worse they are argumentative. I'm tired of being treated as a lower class of human by these greedy financial institutions. Time to start shopping around for a new place to conduct business.

We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
