Towing near Tarpon Springs, FL

“Having my pickup stolen in east pasco and informed abandoned in Tarpon Springs is what brought me to this establishment, and they were the ones who picked it up from where abandoned and brought nit to their lot. A little off the Beaten path, but GPS will get you there. I arrived at 1pm with hopes of putting gas in the tank and giving it a jump to start it and drive home. We'll that would have been way too easy for me, and I should have known better nothing goes smooth with me it's a curse. Starting with my 1pm arrival, the office closes for lunch for an hour. I drove back put to civilization and found something to occupy my time in the form of scratch off tickets. In a perfect world, I would have hit one of those tickets for what it was going to cost me to get the Ole truck out on bail. Fat chance. On return to the place, the office was open, and the guy behind the counter was laid back and went through the paperwork. When it came time to pay, he was nice enough to call the owner to see if I
could get a reduced price. Throughout the process, he did this three times. I felt like I was on that game show where the guy keeps making phone calls to someone upstairs who gives the offer. Whoever it was upstairs, I personally want to thank you for making this whole ordeal as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. Especially giving me slack on some of the charges. You have no idea what it meant to me. The truck would not start, and it was left outside the gate. I returned later in the evening and tow roped it back. I doubt I will ever find the opportunity to patronage them again due to living in East Pasco. The entire time there, the counter guy would tell me a certain charge that I had to pay but always picked up the phone to.the mystery guy seeking consessions and got them. How cool is that? On hindsight I wonder if the counter guy is the mystery man and he was just having fun with me”

“Jeff arrived to conduct a tow on what seemed to be a starter system issue on a push button start Honda. He checked the battery and jumped it, when I had tried twice.
He saved me a Tow and a dealer visit and I was able to get a battery much cheaper.

Best car shop, no weird upselling of things I “need” done to my car. I drive a little old baby and they’ve helped me keep her on the road. Times are tough right now, but this shop lets you know what you actually need. I would highly recommend them!!”

“My son was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident on August 12 2025 and they were the company that towed his bike . I lost the sheet the troopers gave me with the company name , we were busy planning a funeral so a week went by before I was able to get the number and call for the bike .They found out he had no insurance and told me the owner was a nice guy and would probably discount the storage and tow which was a relief at such a bad time . When I got there and filled out the paperwork to see it and was given the price of a tow back to my house I was then taken to the Bike . From The moment I arrived i was treated with compassion and understanding . The owner showed me the bike and explained what he could see on the bike as I was standing there in tears and totally crushed . I was then told that he was going to dispatch 2 men with the bike to my home and not charge me for anything at all . There are good ,and kind people in this world and Pfeifers is one of them . I was so grateful , and the tow guys refused a tip .I'm just sorry it took so long to write this . Thank you for all you did .”

“I don’t think there’s too many people that like dealing with Tow Truck companies, but with situation I must give CREDIT WHEN IT’S DUE! My vehicle was left overnight becauseI had flat tire, I advise the Property manager about my situation and he wrote on a business card “do not tow” and signed his name.I tapped it on the window, but it more than likely lost the adhesive since it’s only 102 degrees outside in Tampa.The next day, I come back with a Jack and spare tire to find out my truck has been towed.I called and spoke with a customer service rep. he was very respectful. He advised me the manager on dutyMr. David would be calling me. Within 20 minutes he did!He was humane and did not act systematic by any means. I have him a brief description of what happened, Without hesitation he offered to bring back my truck with no charge!
