I let the two women at the front know I made a mistake and dropped off a package to this location using the Dropbox on June 3rd. It was meant for ups. I came back a few weeks later when I got an email from my cell phone provider saying my trade in device wasn't received. The women up front told me the package was already in Tampa. I asked if they could check again or if I could speak to the manager. They angrily buzzed for her even after I admitted to making the mistake. Then the manager said that ups picks up packages daily and fed ex so they don't have the package. I asked her what the two women upfront meant by it was in Tampa if the manager is saying the package was picked up by ups. It seems like they have no idea what they are doing, or have no organization in holding their own employees accountable for stealing items not meant for usps. There seems to be zero way of documenting items meant to be for ups & zero way to see if an employee stole a package. Something is off here. This location Is very untrustworthy and lacks organization.

Only ever had one issue with this place but it ended up working out fine. I always use this location and the staff is helpful with all my questions!

Jessica is incredibly rude and made me feel like an inconvenience when asking questions. This made me feel very poorly and I will probably use a different service or location.

They're never open on time. Posted hours state that they're open Monday through Friday at 9:00 AM. I have attempted to go there multiple times as late as 9:20 and the building is still shuttered closed with a line in the lobby.
This has happened multiple times but these are the two recent times I documented:
05/05/2025 I arrived 9:10 metal shutters still down. Waited until 9:15 and they still did not open.
05/19/2025 I arrived again 9:10 and waited a further 10 minutes until 9:20. Metal shutters down.
Again, I have had this happen at least 5 - 6 times but only bothered documenting above. It is too much of a coincidence that every time I go just happens to be the only times they've opened late. this is routine for this PO location .

Went there Monday morning 5/19/25. Waited to get in for 20 minutes to send a package. I had an appointment at 9:30 and had to leave. At that point, there were 10 people in line and several had left . A couple people tried to call, but no one answered the phone.
Did they get let go because of the government cuts!????

Im vision impaired and use a housephone with big light up letters. I'd forgotten that Ive never been sucessful in the past at phone contact and had to have a ride there to ask a question.

Front desk representatives definitely need customer relations training 101. Also, priority mail takes 14 days after filing two package tracking cases, not the “estimated” 3 days, so don’t waste your money. Unlike other service providers, the US post office does not refund customers for unacceptable service.

I have always had good luck at this post office. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even when it's busy the lines move quickly.

Unbelievable how bad USPS operates.
I have been trying to change the change of address back to my original home address to no avail.
I went 2 times to my local Tampa office plus one time to the Tarpon Springs office to try to fix the issues to send my mail back to my original home address. In both locations they assured me I would start getting my mail at my home. Even the supervisor at tarpon springs USPS assured me the correct delivery. NOPE! Still getting mail at the wrong address!!
Also the two female workers at the Tarpon location are extremely rude and talk to customers in a military way. Even heard them speaking badly of their own post office master general or whatever they call them. So upsetting customers have to hear every personal opinion between the post office employees. Very unprofessional and they should not be working in a federal position if they cannot act like decent citizens.
