I went in to get a vehicle key made. Although they didn't have my key in store, Ken offered to order one today. Quick and efficient. I will be back to have it programmed next week after he calls me. He also let me know the hours keys are programmed so I will not waste anytime in my next visit.

Ace always has what we need and at a competitive prices. They have great sales also. My Daughter bought 4 baby chics 2 years ago, they live in st. Pete. The chickens are doing great! They absolutely love my Daughter! Always flying up to her arm to hold 🥰 My husband also buys our wild bird food here. They just have some cool different things to buy. I try not to visit too often, Lol, because I always want something. Thanks Ace!

I went into my local Ace Hardware store primarily for a small purchase. The staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. I also had some questions about a power tool I am considering purchasing. The staff member over that department answered my questions and made some recommendations. Finally, I saw an item I wanted to purchase was out of stock in the case where it was kept. Another staff member found just what I was looking for in the stockroom. I had a very productive visit!

Moved in the area in February and have been updating and working on our new home. My husband went in to find a couple of items as he was replacing our master bathroom sink and faucet. He wanted to make sure the item he chose would work and approached a young man who was talking to the cashier. As he did this he could hear both employees bad mouthing customers. My husband asked the young man if the item he had would work and just got a head nod like he couldn't be bothered. My husband did verify with an older gentleman who was there and helpful. Unfortunately we are a 3 minute ride to this store but my husband would much rather drive further to Home Depot. Everyone there goes out of their way to be helpful without attitude.

Friendly, helpful and they had exactly what we needed. I did not see a longer taper measure on the shelf, but they had plenty at the back counter. I was asked if I needed help and told them I didn't think they had what I needed.
They did and they were glad to help. I even saved $13 from having a rewards account with them just by putting in my number. Anywhere else - Lowes/Home Depot, wouldn't have cared.

Ace Hardware 100 times better than Homedepot or Lowe’s . I can actually get the assistance that I need . And the staff always goes above and beyond to help their customers. Been going there for 17 years and every time I go I’m confident that they will help. Today I went needing to buy screws for my license plate on my car but I also could not remove a stripped out screw. I went to Ace and explained to the worker that I needed 2 screws and that I also needed help removing that stripped screw and without hesitating the worker went above and beyond to help me . I am so grateful that they are always able to assist.

I used to purchase dog food from this location, but the customer service was just regular. There is nothing too special about it. I recently went to get a propane tank exchanged. However, the one they gave me did not work and I left me in a bad predicament with an event that I had. Luckily, there was another ace location nearby in Apopka and they provided me a new working tank. Needless to say I’ll be sure to avoid this location and stick with ones who actually want my business.
