“Loved the cleanliness of this car wash and was excited about the 2 different types of vacuum attachments and the small blower for cleaning out tight spots.I'm not much for car wash memberships but it's growing on me seeing how people stop by and just run thru without a lot of negotiation, it's all done before. We were able to purchase a single wash.The attendant was polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.I have a lot of sap on my roof, hood and trunk. The attendant did a little pressure washing for me and told me if I wasn't happy to bring it back thru free of charge. I did. Unfortunately the "hands free" machine wash just didn't effectively take care of the moldy sap on the tops, but made the sides of my car and wheels look fantastic. I'm sure cars that don't sit out in the elements like mine, or as long as mine, do just fine with the everyday wash at Mister Car Wash. Due to the professionalism of the attendant, and the multiple locations, I will consider going back, and possibly joining.I DO recommend this establishment and location.”

“A coworker recommended this place to me. I’m always on edge when I have to get anything done to my car because I feel like being an older female hangs a sign on me. That says I’m a sucker. These people didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I asked for. They didn’t try and tell me that all kinds of things were going to go wrong with my car if I didn’t do some expensive flush procedure to something. 100% thrilled and I will be back!!!”

“My car was vandalized by someone who spray painted on it. Brand new 2024 with less than 800 miles on it. One of the guys drove by and seen it on his way to work. Stopped gave me a card and said he thought he could get it off. I called once I was done with the police and got to work. They were able to remove all of the spray paint including the spray paint that got on the plastic. I will never use anyone else to detail my car after using this company. Awesome group of guys!”

They treated me exceptionally well, the interior of my car is positively glowing and were able to address a leak from the a/c drain hose that I was unaware of. “Well done!!! Chris was by far the most efficient mobile detailing company I requested estimates from on Yelp. Out of the 10 companies that responded Chris showed the most interest as well. Very pleasant to communication with and left no grey areas whatsoever. He was very flexible on the fact I couldn't be present. He assured me I would be satisfied and if for whatever reason I wasn't he would come fix it. No need to come back and fix a thing. I couldn't be more satisfied with process from start to finish! The difference is like night and day. My truck was embarrassing to drive. Now it's a head turner again. I would give Chris an A+! I'll never call anyone else. I would recommend him to any and everyone!”

“I would give this place a 5 star rating if it weren't for the fact that, although this is a self pay car wash, there's always someone there to operate the screen for you. Then, when it comes to the "tip" screen, the employee asked if I would like to leave a tip for the crew. WHY? I can make the payment and drive my car into the wash myself, and then machines do the work. The only human interaction should be when an employee guides you into the guide rails. I could see tipping if this was a hand wash business, but it's not. And I'm sure the crew is paid more than a restaurant server who relies on tips. Tipping is getting out of hand. PLEASE TAKE THE TIPPING SCREEN OFF OF THE PAYMENT KIOSK.”

“I had a antenna broken by the car was, they took pictures and said they would call me. At first, they said they don't fix this type of accidents. I was then contacted by a regional manager, they told me most times they just glue the fin antenna back on. BUT, to my surprise they offered me a two month TITANIUM car wash for FREE. Thank you Mark. Also want to mention the professional attitude of Andrew, the attendant that helped me, kudos to you Andrew.”
