Very convenient location. Good rooms, were clean apoun arrival. Check in was easy. Customer service at desk all very nice and accommodating. Restaurants, and many of them, close to the hotel. It was quiet at night. Breakfast in the morning was good. Different hots every day at breakfast. Would recommend and will return again when in the area.

We recently (Feb 12) stayed at this hotel. When we arrived, we checked in and were assigned Room 505. After dinner, we returned to finish unpacking and settled in for a relaxing evening watching TV… or so we thought. Our TV was a bust; there was only one channel, and the remote didn’t work for most of the options. Even the one channel was awful– the picture quality was a throwback to the 80’s – hard to watch. No matter, we were aware there were guests in the adjacent room as we could hear voices. The voices next door were getting more numerous and getting louder.
We could hear every word because the pass-through door, although closed and locked, was sound conductive. Besides the several adults, there were small children, including a little girl who periodically emitted a loud squeal. At this point we should have insisted on a different room, but because we were settled in and only staying one night, it was not worth the hassle. Surely, the party next door would not continue too long. We were finally able to get to sleep by 11:30pm or so as the party had subsided.
The room was not that bad. Enough space, a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee station. When you enter the room, the door on your left is a small closet with some hangers, a coffee station with the world's least expensive coffee maker, and coffee that's not really fit for human consumption. There was a “wet bar” (sink) as well. The mattresses were lumpy and not very comfortable. There's a dresser with three drawers, a bench and side table with a chair and there was a somewhat comfortable upholstered chair. No USB ports anywhere in the room.
And what else can I say about this room? Well, the bathroom is interesting. It's about the size of a cruise ship bathroom and when you open the door you see the bathtub. So, if you must go in here in the middle of the night you have to wiggle around the toilet, the centerpiece of the bathroom, to get to the light switch. The hair dryer works, in fact it was so hot I was concerned I was going to set things on fire. Enough storage in the bathroom and elsewhere.
Big breakfast area, typical of this kind of hotel, had the usual things – egg folds, Canadian bacon, or ham, hard to tell. Make your own waffles. Assorted cereals but they were in little bowls already packaged. The only coffee was in the machine in the corner that one person could use at a time and you had to press buttons to get dubious quality coffee. That coffee was a little better than room coffee which was horrible.
Front desk behavior ranged from somewhat welcoming to indifferent. We were not recognized as Choice Rewards guests.

The wife and I stayed there to visit family in the Hospital, the motel was up to date and very clean. The staff was accommodating especially I would like to thank Kaylie at the front desk she went over and above helping me with my reservation. As a Gold Member I rank this Comfort Inn near the top of others we have stayed in.
Rooms: Our suite was very clean with a full size refrigerator to store our long vacation traveling food and beverages.

Decent hotel, lower prices, decent hot breakfast. Rooms are showing a little age, but are still decent and in good shape. There is a parking lot on site. Checking in was a breeze, even managed to get an early check in. There is a pool, but given the artic blast that decided to arrive while I'm here, high of 48°, I decided to not use the pool. This hotel has incredibly thin wall, you can hear everything going on inside a room, in the hallways. I was even able to hear the room across the hall from within my room. Beware of this and know your conversations are basically open to the publics ear.

Hotel was clean, well lit, easy to find and generally up to date with the amenities. Nothing extraordinary but no complaints!
Rooms: Clean and modern
Nearby activities: Hospital across the street.. golf range, Walmart close by
Safety: Close to main road, will lit
Walkability: Fifteen mins walk to pretty much what you would expect from a small town
Food and drinks: Vending machines and Uber eats delivers
Noteworthy details: No disappointments

The rooms are just okay, with many details showing a lack of maintenance. The hotel doesn’t put effort into cleanliness, and even the smell is unpleasant. Most of the staff provide poor service, except for the couple serving breakfast. Overall, a bad experience.

My husband went down there to see family. They had no hot water for 3 days. They should of closed there doors. But they continued to rent rooms. And what about the breakfast bar with no hot water how did they properly clean. They should have been turned into the health department. Very nasty.

Horrible hotel, they cancelled my room, and they still charged me for my stayed. I called hotel 6 times and no one answered the phone called. Now I need my $365 back for a room I was charged for. They cancelled and still charged me. Expedia had cancelled but they still charged me full price. Holiday Inn would never.

Overall, this hotel is great. Our room was big with a comfortable couch and chair with a couple of ottomans and a sort of chaise lounge thingy, as well as a beautiful writing desk. The only negative is that the bathroom was a bit outdated and our toilet did not flush properly unless we opened the tank and pushed the thingy down to signal the tank refill.

I left my wallet in my room - called within 6 hours of realizing this and only the cleaning lady had been in the room - well the wallet is gone so I hope the third floor cleaning enjoyed herself - management promised to review the cameras and I never heard from them. This is totally my fault for leaving the wallet but just disappointed take the cash but turn in the wallet (honestly I would have given a really nice reward since the wallet had sentimental value to me. Moral always check before you leave your room not everyone is honest or nice 🤷♀️
