Did not get the room I paid for. Should have had a jetted tub. It did not. The light they use to make the hotel glow at night light up your room so it looks like daylight. Staff was friendly. Room was on the older side and the bed is rock hard.

The hotel its self was very unpleasant. After paying my money, I definitely did not enjoy my stay and my privacy was intruded upon. The issue I had most was with housekeeping. They left a nasty letter and stated the room was unsanitary and if I wanted the room cleaned all belongings needed to be on the bed. Mind you nothing was on the floor. There was a towel where was towel where one of my kids had spilled something and I’m assuming that’s the reason she couldnt vacuum. I have three babies in diapers of course there’s gonna be little things here and there on the floor. That previous night she didn’t come to vacuum the floor or collect dirty towels. They were left for two days and she tried to blame the towels being left in the room on me. She left a large bag for trash rather than collecting garbage and didn’t return for it. I had to take it upon myself and ask the overnight staff for a broom and sweep up myself. The hotel threatened to not give my deposit back for no justifying reason at all. As a person who usually does stays with Marriott and Hilton this experience was definitely mediocre.Food & drinks: A lot of food options in the area

Our room smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke upon entering. I would’ve dealt with it without complaining except that my asthmatic daughter was with us. When I went to front desk to ask to switch rooms, they said they had no open rooms and it was probably coming from outside and couldn’t do anything for us. I was really irritated when I went back up to my room and passed the person next to us. (Our room was adjoined to theirs) It was very strong when they opened their door and could tell it was coming from their room. I went back down to complain and they said they’d come up and address it with manager and she would come speak to them but, no one ever came up. The smell came in waves all night into the next morning. My daughter was wheezing all night and there was not another hotel in the vicinity that I could transfer it to. I said something about it when I checked out again and they didn’t seem to care. I understand there was only so much that could have been done but, it was not a good experience.

For me, it's really important to have a workout room that is functional. Unfortunately, at this time, this one is in pretty bad shape. Bowflex without all the pieces. So they get knocked down a notch in my ratings. The housekeepers are super nice and accommodating, and the front desk guy, Miguel, was an absolute pleasure to talk to while I was there. There was a hiccup in my reservation, which I docked them a star for as well, but the rooms are nice and clean, big, and the bed was comfy. Seems like one of the better values in the area as accommodations are slim and pricey throughout the area.

I unfortunately as of recent, have been in a lot of hotels. This was soooo nice. Rooms are large, clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. The staff were all pleasant as well. Ty so much

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had booked for 2 nights, this was confirmed three different times: when first booked directly with the hotel 8 days prior, a phone call to the hotel 4 days prior, and a phone call to the hotel at 4p day of check-in (to inform of later arrival 11pm and they said no problem). When we arrived to the hotel at 1050p after 20 hours of travel, with a toddler, for a family funeral, they informed us they gave our room away, despite the multiple confirmations (one earlier that day!). Absolutely inexcusable. The staff could not explain how this happened, and could not get us a partner hotel room within 20+ miles of the location. After an hour of our family being stranded by them, we had to find a new room on our own at midnight for a location 45 min away. This new location was not only further, but more expensive. I returned the next day to speak with the general manager Amanda Murray in person (as I was told she would be there the night prior) but they could not be contacted. The phone calls to her were not returned. This place could not care less about the way they treated us, the general manager and owners could not be bothered to resolve an issue. I wouldn't trust this place and management to pour water out of a cup if the instructions were on the bottom. Don't bother trying to stay here, it's not worth it.EDIT after owner’s response:- They stated staff was aware she would not be there, however I was told by staff she was going to be. Either owner or staff lied to me.- They stated they were contacted by phone and answered. I was told by staff they could not make contact with anyone in upper management. If contact was made, I asked to speak directly. Because I was told no contact was made, I was never spoken to directly. Either owner or staff lied to me.- They stated they tried a solution and it was shot down by owner of hotel. I was never given a solution. My family had to find a new hotel on our own after midnight 45 min away after having three confirmations with this hotel not honored.There never was, and still hasn’t been a solution to this issue, nor can the damage be undone. I have not been contacted outside leaving this review. The least this place could do is offer to cover our extra costs incurred due to their mismanagement, not even the extra travel time and stress added, but it did not happen. Shame.Noteworthy details: awful management, worst experience
