“First approached having glass cut a year ago and never got to it. At that time the people were super friendly and helpful. Just recently I took in a glass piece to have a matching one cut. They measured it and were, again, super friendly and helpful. Hiccup, the new piece was cut to a slightly larger size. I took both the original piece back along with the new cut piece and they were very apologetic. They needed just a bit of time to correct, but did so without any hassle or excuses. We all make mistakes from time to time. I find the entire experiences and encounters over the course of nearly a year to be very positive. I have more pieces to have cut and will definitely have Jesse's team help!
Oh, here's a side note. I saw Chad Lusk's recent 1-star rating. I'd just like to point out that he has reviewed seven establishments. After a quick dive into his reviews there are five of concern: one is a 2-star rating while the other four are 1-star. As a percentage, he is extremely critical 71.4% of the time he engages with a business. Business vs reviews...it's not one-sided. Nobody likes a complainer. It's not a bad practice to check out the person giving low reviews. Check out all of their reviews. In my experience low reviews often come from people that have a habit of critical feedback. You just can't please some people.
