These people didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I asked for. They didn’t try and tell me that all kinds of things were going to go wrong with my car if I didn’t do some expensive flush procedure to something. 100% thrilled and I will be back!!!”

“Used automatic drive-through car wash for my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. Automated car wash did a excellent job washing my truck.This will definitely be my go to place for an automated car wash our self serve car wash.Normally i use the self serve car wash bay, but I figured I’d give the automated wash a try. Both are a very great job!I give this place a thumbs up?”

“I would give this place a 5 star rating if it weren't for the fact that, although this is a self pay car wash, there's always someone there to operate the screen for you. Then, when it comes to the "tip" screen, the employee asked if I would like to leave a tip for the crew. WHY? I can make the payment and drive my car into the wash myself, and then machines do the work. The only human interaction should be when an employee guides you into the guide rails. I could see tipping if this was a hand wash business, but it's not. And I'm sure the crew is paid more than a restaurant server who relies on tips. Tipping is getting out of hand. PLEASE TAKE THE TIPPING SCREEN OFF OF THE PAYMENT KIOSK.”
“Nice location and the machines and product are top notch. Clean surroundings and nice for washing your vehicles. Would rate a 5 if the pay machine would actually accept my debit card. Only accepts credit and I have no issues with the card anywhere else. Not a one time thing either.”

“I had a antenna broken by the car was, they took pictures and said they would call me. At first, they said they don't fix this type of accidents. I was then contacted by a regional manager, they told me most times they just glue the fin antenna back on. BUT, to my surprise they offered me a two month TITANIUM car wash for FREE. Thank you Mark. Also want to mention the professional attitude of Andrew, the attendant that helped me, kudos to you Andrew.”

“Loved the cleanliness of this car wash and was excited about the 2 different types of vacuum attachments and the small blower for cleaning out tight spots.I'm not much for car wash memberships but it's growing on me seeing how people stop by and just run thru without a lot of negotiation, it's all done before. We were able to purchase a single wash.The attendant was polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.I have a lot of sap on my roof, hood and trunk. The attendant did a little pressure washing for me and told me if I wasn't happy to bring it back thru free of charge. I did. Unfortunately the "hands free" machine wash just didn't effectively take care of the moldy sap on the tops, but made the sides of my car and wheels look fantastic. I'm sure cars that don't sit out in the elements like mine, or as long as mine, do just fine with the everyday wash at Mister Car Wash. Due to the professionalism of the attendant, and the multiple locations, I will consider going back, and possibly joining.I DO recommend this establishment and location.”
