Unfortunately, it seems that the pharmacy only is concerned in getting prescriptions out one after the other and not take the time to contact the physician that called in the prescription. If there is something that doesn’t look quite right this just happened to me and caused me to be in so much pain That I ended up being hospitalized. Fortunately, when I was out of the hospital, I went to my doctor. my doctor was very, very upset, and I heard him tell his assistant to get the pharmacist on the phone immediately and have him on the phone with them. He cleared the matter up, but also let me know that should anything like this happen again to give him a call. It seems that when the flag came up that a controlled substance was being ordered too soon they didn’t have the compassion for me to contact the doctor and question why there was a secondary prescription coming through my hospital visit and the severe pain that I went through could’ve been avoided if just a small amount of human compassion had been shown to me

Picked up prescriptions on holiday using in store service. Staff were attentive and courteous. Answered all my questions about pneumococcal vaccine and even administered that day which was a holiday. There was no wait time as I received a text message to indicate when prescription would be ready.

Some customer service representatives at this location are great. I can’t remember her name right now but this Asian lady in the pharmacy department on 5/21/2025 needs to be taught how to speak to people like she has some sense. She is disrespectful on so many levels. She was rude as hell, another employee was trying to assist me and she came over to our side continuing with the attitude. She was telling me maybe my insurance won’t cover my medication and I waited for her to check that everything was ok. Another employee saw that I was waiting a while and asked if I needed help and I informed her I was instructed to wait to the side. I guess no one was supposed to help me because that set her off again. Worse experience since coming to this particular location.

It's 9k if you have a straight up prescription to fill. If you need help transferring a prescription etc employees never do what they say they will do to square your situation out.

Though a very busy pharmacy, they are efficient and always willing to answer any questions that I have. The Pharmacist has always been available for further explanation/assistance if needed regarding medication or insurance issues. Every person at the pharmacy has been patient and kind in dealing with multiple, complex and long standing prescriptions for family members. I really appreciate that phone call messages are returned promptly.
The only negative comments I have about the store are environmental ones. The carpet is very dirty and stained. It definitely needs to be professionally steam cleaned or replaced. The bathroom is run down and needs attention.
So my final opinion is that the Pharmacy gets a 5 star rating. But the main store gets a 3 star rating.
I go to this CVS location because of the skill and service of the PHARMACY personnel. Having a cleaner environment would encourage a longer and more positive shopping experience.
