I’ve been going to this CVS for a while because I think it’s very clean compared to others in my area and staff are always nice

I've been banned from getting my prescriptions at this CVS because I refused to circle around the building and get back in line to get my medication. Meanwhile they will block the drive through lane for up to 30 minutes while someone does a covid test. Ashley D is the pharmacist that has been a problem at this pharmacy for quite awhile now. CVS needs to fire this women. When I was told to move or she would not fill my prescription I went inside. Even though it is difficult for me because I am disabled I did it. Then she said my name and the name of the meds she would not fill anymore then said she would call Mt doctor because she said I was rude. This is the 3rd time I had problems with this women. Don't put up with her( Ashley D.) crap people, turn her in to corporate 401-755-1500 to Karen S. Lynch CEO of CVS

There is a pharmacist assistant or whatever she is but it's is so sad the disrespectful and very unhappy woman ! Her name is Sonya and she is so un happy in life and at her job that she treats her customers horrible. Very bad attitude! I will no longer be going there I will transfer locations. Hate to leave 1 star because of one employee but she is so rude.

My local CVS works hard in every area to make that a wonderful store to shop at and also a very safe pharmacy to receive our meds from! I do want to say hello to all the ladies and the fellows that do have to work this Thanksgiving! Please stay very safe this day and every other day! Thank

CVS tried to bill bill me $78.00 for a prescription that was supposed to be free. After presenting them with an RX insurance card, they reduced the amount to $41.00. I called my doctor who called the prescription into Publix. I drove down the street and picked it up at Publix - yes, for free!

I was treated so kindly at this location by a pharmacist named Ashley. I had just had an extremely bad experience with publix pharmacy plus the 6 months that I was using publix pharmacy after they bought Safeway.

Staff is great but the parking lot is getting resurfaced and it is a nightmare to get into the parking lot. And the contractors have been there since Monday to do there small parking lot.

LAST WEEK I made my reservation for the second part of my SHINGLES vaccination AND arrived this morning to pick-up my prescriptions AND get that shot. Imagine my surprise when they told me they gave their last one yesterday!! They said to keep calling and they will try to get some more in and won't leave me hanging. I had the reservation, so in my opinion, they should have saved me one. HEY CVS, YOU SHOULD CALL ME WHEN IT IS AVAILABLE! If you didn't know, that's what customer service is all about!!

Dropped of a prescription on Friday went to pick it up and found out that CVS and their pharmacist do not except VA doctors as real Doctors!!! They had my number the whole time. I only went there because the VA sent me to CVS. Horrible service thank you for reminding me that having VA medical is a second class medical insurance
