When I was there there was only one cashier, she didn't greet me or even smile. There were no carts to push around I asked the associate and she didn't know neither. So I had to go outside n find one, that's all she or her manager had to do. Wasn't happy.

Actually, less than one star. Horrible pharmacy. My prescriptions are NEVER ready on time, even when I order them ahead of time. Labels are incorrect as well as number of pills. Pharmacy staff is obviously incompetent and very unhelpful. Will be changing to another pharmacy as soon as possible.

Is a horrible pharmacy. The staff is rude, takes forever to get anything filled, Don't answer the phones, They also are rude to insurance company and hang upon them as well. customer service is a joke as well. Don't expect help there either

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. You can’t reach anyone on the phone to verify if a prescription has been filled, they don’t fill anything timely (had 2 different prescriptions for over 24 hours and they weren’t filled), they can “bump you to the top of the list” but it’ll still take 30 minutes after you already sat in line for 20 min. Stop bumping everyone “to the top of the list” cause clearly itsmessing up the entire system. Ridiculous and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

The slowest pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I've been sitting on hold for 30 minutes. If you go there in person they're not even that busy. It's ridiculous.

We had our son's Pedia Derma send for a refill due to them filling the prior WITHOUT the bottle adapter fitting needed for a syringe to take out 5mL of the medicine needed for his itching condition. My wife went inside in person and explicitly asked the Pharmacy rep if they included the white round thing for the syringe to take the medicine out the bottle. The rep looked at the bag and said yes it should be on there. This is important as 1/4 to 1/3 variant on bottle size will be either wasted or spilled on the floor or needed to be poured into a bowl sucked into syringe and funneled back into the bottle in which it came. This is not sanitary by any means. Wife gets home I open the bag and sure enough no bottle adapter. Called them about it. The girl on the phone stated its not required (but was surely asked and lied too) and that 9 of 10 patients dont need it (but again we asked for it specifically as did Dr. Kumar). Then she goes on about saying that it was not put on there because they have been out of it for a few months now... (so why tell my wife it was included to begin with?). Then when I asked it why she told my wife yes, she proceeds to tell me "I didn't sell it to her intentionally without it" my reply "but you just told me you have been out of the adapters for a few months.... so you knowingly sold it to her knowing it wasn't included even when asked before paying for it." She was speechless and then I told her not to lie to me and that I will be stopping by in person and we would be having our medicine filled elsewhere. If they will lie and deceive us with something such as an adapter for a liquid medicine prescription there is no telling what else they will lie about. Can't trust them and wont get a 2nd chance with it either. The rep did call my wife asking where we wanted to move our fillups moving forward. I took over the call and stated I would stop by tomorrow to speak with Pharmacy Mgr. she stated he wont be in until Monday. I will be stopping by then. As for the price we paid I will be submitting a dispute for it since 1/3 of this big bottle cannot be syringed without wasting it and that's not what we paid for nor was the adapter included when required by Dr. Kumar and my wife's requirement before paying for it.

This is the worst drugstore I have ever been to in my life. Feeling prescriptions is a nightmare , the phone is never answered on a call , and when in the store one has to wait tens of minutes just to get a prescription that should be ready . The automated call system does not match what the attendees have in their system. Go Anywhere But Here .

Really enjoy shopping here at CVS!

This has got to be the most incompetent CVS Pharmacy on the planet. Consistently have issues getting prescriptions filled. No one answers the phone. The doctor's office called 3 times in one day. Had to leave messages which no one ever "finds". Stressful and a waste of time. Needless to say, after two trips to Tavares, I still am empty handed.

I did not go to CVS. I don't care for this store and I make it a point not to shop there.

The Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription stating "he did not feel comfortable fill in that amount" despite my Doctor calling them directly to speak with them. This may be the worst service ever from a CVS. We just moved into town and really love it hear. Looks like I will be driving a little further for prescriptions.

Andres & Chloe are modern day heroes and absolutely saved my day. After stopping at two other pharmacy locations, who ended up not having the medication I needed (or the customer service) I barely had the time to catch this facility before they close—they took on my needs without hesitation. They’re both very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable workers who know the business of customer service and raised the bar. They didn’t show any annoyance, and worked hard to take on my needs and served me with a smile. I’d give this pharmacy 10 stars just because of Andres &. Chloe. Theyre absolutely wonderful.

I tried calling over here to see when my prescriptions would be ready but the pharmacy staff is playing stupid games. They started helping then put me on hold for over 15 minutes, then picked up the phone and asked how they can help. I explained someone was helping me but the person put me on hold and the pharmacy person started giggling then hung up the phone. I called back 5 more times after that and they won't answer.
