Only Game In Town, far as we're concerned. They are rightfully popular, so get your bike in for that needed tune-up sooner rather than waiting! They're doing a masterful job of maintaining quality service!

My wife and I went in to look at recumbent trikes. Mark Lawrence greeted us and answered our questions. We were surprised when he told us we could test drive one, two actually. This was no easy task as I am 7 ft. tall. Martin in the service dept. had to extend the boom all the way out and add links to the chain on a rental bike.
They showed us a course through a safe neighborhood in back of the shop and my wife and I went for our test ride. The whole staff could not have been friendlier or more patient with me. In fact we came back the next week for another test ride. We now own two Terra Trike Rover's. Every time we come in it is a fantastic experience. We even showed up on a Sunday to purchase a bike rack and have it installed. Only one person was working and the phones were ringing off the wall. He still installed our rack in a reasonable time while handling other customers and the phone. GOOD JOB!!!
Bottom line if you need a bike or trike or anything bike related Sun Cycle is the place to go. Sorry for not knowing all the employee's name's yet, but I will ! Good job everbody.

Not only did he fix it right then, but helped me locate spare ,tire tubes, liners, and how to inflate !! and I have back up parts to be able
to
order myself and if needs take
to them to install!!

Outstanding, fast & friendly experience with the staff - Olga and Cole were most helpful. Olga has great knowledge about the bikes. Cole took the time to explain to me in detail about using the Bontrager Elite Bike Computer and demonstrated it for me. Great customer service all around.

This was my first visit to this establishment. I had some mild trepidations about going to an unknown with my bicycle, knowing that one small overlook could cause me serious harm if the bike failed during a ride.The staff was very welcoming, very helpful, did not try to upsell me on anything, and did a very careful inspection of my bike. You have a fan and a loyal customer for as long as I ride.

Great experience, staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Best retail experience in a long time. That type of service hardly exists anymore. Trek bicycles are a great value and bang for your dollar for a top of the line quality bicycle, all future purchases will be Trek, nothing better than a Trek!!!
