Employee, Jamie is awesome at customer service! Both ladies in the store were most helpful and friendly. There was a difficult customer and Jamie was kind and handled her very well!

I went in to checkout the Hot Wheels selection me and my son collect immediately I can tell I was profiled both employees could not stop hounding me while browsing around as I'm leaving they come out to take a picture of me and my company truck so I went back in and they were gossiping bad mouthing me as a customer so I confronted them they did not expect me to hear there conversation about me they just assume they should not harass customers I'm upset don't recommend this DG

Do not recommend. I went in today and had cash. Rather than deal with self check out, I opted for the cashier. Rather than helping me, the cashier forced me to use the self check out and continued to bath mouth others while talking with another customer (935ish am)

Very bad experience .. I was at the Tavares store and the whole front of the store was blocked by delivery truck. We parked on the side of the building to let me out the sidewalk by the sidewalk. Driver of the semi yelled at me to move as I was going into the store I told him we were not part and went into the store while shopping the manager‘s back into the store and starts talking about the car parked using profanity and told the driver to go ahead and back up into the car. They’ll move. Couldn’t go back on the truck we couldn’t go backwards because the truck was there . While I was checking out at self check because the manager was nowhere to be found to check me out, the register said remove card. I waited for a receipt and no receipt was coming out so I proceeded towards the door and the lady manager tells me it didn’t go through come back , not nice and politely but rudely I said you don’t have to be rude. It told me to take my car now I’m not being rude and I said yes you are and you were rude to talk about me in the store in front of other customers, I will never go back there on my way through to Tampa again.

Store is very clean and very well organized. It was very easy to find what I wanted. The manager was running the register and was very friendly. A great stop.
