“A few weeks ago I broke my glasses. I had to go to post ofc which is next door to dg. Never been in this store. A very nice helpful girl directed to me where I could find them. Got them and she was busy doing something but asked if I needed to check out. Yes please. I hate self check out. I asked her if I had picked out the correct strength not only that but offered to cut the tag off. How thoughtful and a very pleasant attitude. Elderly like myself really do appreciate kindness. “I went to several DG looking for a specific drink and they all told me, “If is not out there, we don’t have it.” I got to this location and they didn’t have the drink out either but the employee, Chris, asked what I was looking for and after explaining that they didn’t have it out. He asked, if I was okay with waiting while he went to check the back. Came back out with a whole case! 😁 Thank you for your help!”
