Not a good experience deal with FedEx or the company that takes FedEx packages will never use FedEx anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems impossible to talk with a person. Will take business elsewhere. If there's a way to actually talk with a worker at the store, I can update the review... EDIT: Instead of one star, I gave an extra star thanks to Reddit for helping me connect to a real person. Here's how: After the computer generated voice of a woman stops its first phrase, say "Returning a Call" - it works. Hope this helps others.
