Saturday 5/24/25, is the fourth time renting a pontoon boat from Pal Garden Boat rentals. The boats are very nice and clean. Best price on rentals on the Lake Harris chain of lakes. The folks there have great are very helpful, easy to communicate with. My wife and I will definitely be renting from them again.

They could not have been any nicer or more accomadating. We had a great time and glad we found them to rent a pontoon boat for Valentines day. Will definetly rent from them again.
Since first rental we have rented their boats three more times and it is always a great experience and we ill do more. Our great grandchildren love it and want us to do this once a month.

We had an amazing day on the water with our boat rental from Palm Gardens. The boat was clean and well maintained. The rental process was smooth, staff were great, and prices were reasonable. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that there is not an anchor on board to accommodate the boat. We have done a lot of boating and there needs to be a claw anchor.

Rented from here twice (didn’t even realize it was the same place until we pulled in ?). Both times the experience was great. The boats were perfect for our needs each time, and the pricing was exceedingly fair. That’s the reason we went with them both times, but their customer service experience is tops.
Tip: just make sure you have your boating safety card or certificate and that it is not expired. We didn’t run into any issues here, but they could probably improve the website a bit to mention some things like this which are necessary to rent the boat.
We called to rent both times, but an option to make a reservation online might be a nice plus.
Overall fantastic experience, no complaints, just a few friendly suggestions.

Too bad this restaurant closed. We've been on the water with several friends and heard that this WAS THE PLACE to get great food along the Harris Chain of Lakes! Hopefully, the current owner of the property (which is in the process of being cleaned up) will rebuild & open again in the near future.
Edit: I've been asked by the owner to remove my post. But, since the phone number for the old restaurant (on an old printed menu) and his boat rental marina are the same... and several if the reviews & photos (although older) on Google pertain to the old restaurant, he should petition Google to have those post & photos removed.
I was merely responding to others who used to or wished to dine there that it would be nice if it would re-open.

Friendly place, very efficient process for getting in, signing the papers and getting out on the water. Plenty of room to have fun on the boat and in the water. Will absolutely go back and highly recommended.

Keith is wonderful!! Always attentive to our needs , and always has a Pontoon boat fueled , clean and ready. Keith has made our day with family visits from out of town and last minute rentals , always has our backs !! Would recommend this Boat Club hands down. I rented twice from Palm Gardens, Keith was great, informative and so easy to work with. Pontoons are clean and so comfy!! We had a blast going thru the Dora canal and down the dead river. Just a wonderful experience for us, both times! Will be back in the future for sure!Thank you Keith!

Easy in and out. The staff was very helpful and the boat was clean and ran perfect. You get a 10% off coupon at the Hurricane across the street after too. I would definitely book there again

Reasonable price for a 4 hour rental of our pontoon boat. Easy location to get to. You are allowed to bring food and beverages. Our phone connected to their Bluetooth speaker on board which allowed us to play our music. Making reservations on the phone was easy. We were on board with a total of four adults. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you Keith.
