No idea how they still on business. If you can take the drive to Leesburg do it. Last week there was no ATM service. Today 4 cars on drive through, waiting and no one ever came to take orders. Everyone left. Seriously no idea how they do business Iike that. And in top one of the employees on the cell phone talking out loud outside, that looks like the manager. Understandable why service so bad. Poor 2 ladies in the back working as best as they can.

We were starving, and decided to check out the menu at Popeyes drive-thru. We paid $6.99 +tax (? ofc) for 2 surf & turf combos, didn't mind waiting for the 6 mins for fresh shrimp, only to be served corporate idea of 2 scrawny pieces of dry chicken,? ( too small for the cook time, in my opinion), and 4 clumps of breading?. Maybe the shrimp were out to lunch? ?The manager on duty was very polite and obviously agreed, because she instantly gave us a refund, and told us to keep the drinks. This is NOT? what we expected from a famous food chain, especially here in America, where we love to eat !! I hope it gets better, especially for the employees, they take the grief of disgruntled, h-angry? customers!

I've been thru the drive thru several times for lunch on the way to work and only 1 time have i gotten waited on , most times i sit there, i say hello but noone answers. after the 2 cars in front of me drfove off because of no service , i decided to drive around and park. i went in and there were 2 people working in thew back cooking but not taking orders , i sat at the counter for 5 minutes then a manager walked out of the back room on her phone , i asked if she could take my order and the response i got was , in a minute , then she turned and walked to the back room and disappeared... honestly , i wish the owner would see how this manager is treating customers and how many drive offs there are because of no service they would fire her on the spot... i like popeyes and this is the closest to my house but i will NEVER visit this one again , i hope the owner of this store reads these reviews , some changes in staffing are definitely needed.

Ever since the Eustis spot closed (the worst Popeyes I've ever been to) this spot fell off a cliff. You always have to wait forever no matter how small of an order you have, the foods meh, the lobby is always disgusting and the staff are rude (but what popeyes doesn't have rude staff) This used to be the best Popeyes ever but lately its become one of the worst. 30 minutes for 5 tenders is ridiculous

I went to the drive thru ordered my food and was told to pull up to the window, they quickly took my money before informing me that I would have to wait, which I was initially fine with the wait as this is what that family wanted. I was asked to pull around to the front of the building and park next to the mail where someone would bring my food out to me. I waited for 20 mins when a young lady came out and asked if my order was the one with the kids meal and I replied yes. She gave me the bag and I asked if everything was in there and she said yes. I then asked about the drinks that come with the order and that was when the attitude started. You could tell she was not happy to deliver food outside. I told her what drinks I’d ordered and she returned inside, and it was during this time I decided to check the bag to make sure the order was correct, it was not. I ordered 3 meals and only one was correct. I did not get the extra biscuit I’d paid for nor did the bag contain the fries that come with the combos, the kids meal was the only thing that was complete and correct. When the young lady returned with the drinks I told her about the mix up and she blew a fuse telling me that I would have to come inside to have this resolved because she was not coming back outside for anyone because she was about to get off. This all while clapping her hands and acting as if she was getting to fight somebody. I told her to keep the biscuit and the rest of the order and I drove off promising myself that I would never return to this establishment. I sent a message to Popeyes headquarters and they did not even respond except for a automated response giving me a free meal for completing a survey which I don’t want. Popeyes has lost a dedicated customer!! Avoid this location at all costs as the staff are rude and have no clue what customer service is.

I only gave 1 star cause 0 or - stars wasn't an option.Seriously, don't go here if you looking for a good meal.I really thought I was gonna get a decent meal for $36.00Wow was I surprised. We ordered an 8 piece, got 3 wings, 1 leg and 2 breast with a half breast and 1 thighWe got am extra side that turned into 3 small sides of dried mac& cheese and 3 small mashed potatoes wirh a small amount of gravy and 4 hard dry biscuits. Ofcourse, we didn't know this til we got home. Shrinkflation at its finest. 1st time we've been here and it'll be the last. We only went here cause publix was shut down at 8 :30pmI really never thought a restaurant would be so bad like this. Yes, we ate it cause the way gas prices are rising. it'll cost us more to take it back.Ya'll keep treating customers like this and ya'll be shut down like the one in Eustis. Bet that.

Horrible drive thru experience. Literally 5 cars waiting for their food after ordering, to the point people could not leave the drive thru, and other reviews cite this as a common occurrence. They were out of Sprite. The food came out cold. Will not be coming to this location ever again.

Let me first by saying MARIA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! SERIOUSLY! If you ever lose her, you’ll lose not just my business BUT, my entire family’s business (and my family is big and comes through A LOT).I had an Uber order that was picked up, was given another persons order, before my driver even got out of my driveway and I KNEW it was wrong, I immediately ran back to his car. He LIED and said another driver was on the way, ANOTHER LIE, and go figure could NOT get Uber on the phone OR chat.I called the store to see if my “other order” had been picked up or to see if they had another number.. NOPE!Again, however, MARIA THE MANAGER WAS AMAZING AND SO KIND. We WILL continue to come back because of HER! Maybe it should be time to drop Uber. It’s not fair to your employees and management to endure what Uber drivers screw up.I’ve been trying to stay away from Uber as much as possible due to their rates and CRAZY up prices AND other “service fees”, just like Instacart. Tonight my husband and I had to work late, my teenage son had been really wanting to try all their chicken sandwiches, and I ordered just that. No surprise that was messed up due to the driver and his whole family being in the car and conveniently not being able to “understand” what was said, and he lied.So, MARIA.. I appreciate all you did and are doing for my baby and can’t wait to see you in person!Popeyes.. KEEP HER AND GIVE HER A RAISE!!
