We, Data Graphics, had an issue internally with our system. PowerOne responded to the support call immediately. They answered the phone, asked great questions and then, when it was determined that a tech needed to be onsite, they were here within 15 minutes! They figured out a solution quickly and got us back up and running. This even saved us from missing shipments to Military and Medical customers. Had they not reacted quickly to the call, we would have not been able to process these items. Thank you to PowerOne, their attitude, knowledge, and promptness in attending to our needs.
