Wonderful car buying experience. Everything was made easy for me, and I felt that it was upfront and fair. Nice people, good communication, great prices. I would recommend Rios Motors to anyone who asked - they made a task that is often stressful into a breeze.

This dealership is the definition of a shark. There was coverups galore, that my husband had pointed out to them and for some one that doesn't know a lot about cars they would believe their bull. They had the frame painted on a truck that we purchased from them (which we knew at the dealership) that was obviously a coverup for rust. Not only that, after purchasing the truck we took it to a local lube to get the oil changed (because there was no sticker saying it had been done) and to our surprise they had rigged the oil filter so dust and globs of dirt were stuck in the rods! Luckily we had done this in time to where there was no permanent damage! They have inexperienced dealers (teenagers or early 20's) that have no idea how to handle a serious inquiry or to make an educated guess on what they're vehicles are actually worth. Good thing there are sites like carfax, KBB, and true car. We had to go around their so-called "dealers" to a man who I would assume is the owner because the "dealers" didn't even have enough say so to make a sale. Not to say they weren't friendly, just ignorant. Lucky for them we needed a vehicle that day and for the most part we got a truck that runs beautifully (so far) so either they don't have their vehicles inspected AT ALL before they put them out for sale or they know the issues and choose not to fix them because all their vehicles are as is. I would say to anyone looking for a vehicle here..go somewhere else or bring a mechanic with you and deal with the main person there because they may have some good vehicles but with any dealership they may be screwing you but at least at a bigger nicer dealership you won't overpay (which in my opinion we did, but a man loves his truck) and if you do at least you'll have a warranty!
