Aside from it being conveniently located it's ridiculous!! The cost of admission, even for littles, is ridiculous. Staff riffling through your belongings, not being allowed to even bring in a water bottle, and the general expense of the entire facility. Children allowed to run the score board. Chet Lemon and good wife should be ashamed of themselves.

This place is a joke. You can't bring in water bottles or outside food or snacks for players. Our whole team got food poisoning here 2 weeks ago. Then they charge a 15% fee on top of the $15 ticket price, and they want your email and facial pictures for entry. I will never come back here for an event no matter what it's for. On top of all that there is no real seating for all the parents and guests coming to watch. If you can find another venue for events find it.

This is the worst place to host a a Volleyball event. The place holds a crazy amount of people that can be dangerous. too crowded and noise. On top of that you are not allow to bring your own food or even your own water or coffee. The food is terrible, I cannot believe they still offer that food to athletes. processed and fried food. Very disappointed. We as parents need to wake up and stop this, we need safe and healthy places for our kids, where the health and safety is their priority not the business behind it.

The cafe food is good and fresh, lots of variety just mostly fast food items. The staff and security guards are great, they have all been professional and courteous. The sporting events was well organized.

Facility is top notch. A bit pricey and inconsistent pricing. $20 per day to spectate. Came to $21.49 on first day and second day it was $22.19. No tops for the coffee and several items in the cafe are not available. Overall service is also very average, for these prices I would expect a more hospitable staff Oh and it could be brighter in the gym , odd lighting

Unfortunately we are forced to go to this complex for our basketball tournaments, but prefer to go elsewhere. Their rules feel like they are one place for money making purposes only. Rules state you can only bring in a regular size disposable water bottle, reusable environmental friendly bottles are not allowed. They will search all bags and if you have one, you have to go back to your car and leave it there. So, if that is your only water for your child (since most likely it is) you are forced to purchase their water for $2 each. Some weekends we will be at the facility for hours and have to continue to buy more bottles and create more plastic waste which my family tries not to do. Same thing with food. No snacks of any kind are allowed inside. Therefore you are forced to only buy their food. Their menu isn't exactly appetizing and include fried foods, cookies, candy, sugary drinks, etc. If we want to have a granola bar from home, we are forced to leave the building and sit in our car to eat it. This isn't always convenient with back to back games or when you have multiple children playing. They check parents purses too, and if there's a snack in there that might have even been forgotten about, you are told to go back to the car to put it away. This adds to the stress of trying to get your child ready for their tournament. I understand having some regulations, but this place makes it so hard to just enjoy my child playing the sport that he loves. I have not been to any other facility that is this strict AND this expensive. $40 per weekend per person. This is $80 for a mom and dad to come watch their child play, not to mention siblings who have to tag along or grandparents who want to watch their grandchild. I feel taken advantage of every time we are scheduled to play here, and so are all of the other parents who are just trying to support their children in their athletic passions. They need to do better

Had bought over priced TERRIBLE FOOD earlier. Tried to sit while waiting for our athletes and was told we had to leave!! Restaurant was for customers only?? No seating and crummy food. Not a positive experience

The staff is friendly enough. The checking of bag is not that bad, just routine check. The players can bring as much bottle water and Gatorade as they want. The court's lighting is not good. I hope they put more lights to make the courts brighter. There are plenty of chairs for expectators. The restooms are plenty and kept clean. I did not check out the cafe, so no comment there.

It's clean, however players are not provided water, not allowed to bring water containers, it's too warm inside and it's poorly lit. Bright photos on the site are from the past, when it wasn't dark inside. Also, my husband and I, after 13 years of watching my son play, this year have to choose who will get to watch at $20 per day, weekend after weekend, because it's become unaffordable. Other venues are charging a lot as well. Someone needs to break the cycle. Parents - maybe we should go on strike?

Very disappointed with the treatment to the basketball players this weekend. Walking into an extremely hot gym to play games that caused the floors to be dangerously slippery (and games to be moved because of leaking) , and making them pour out their water as they enter to charge $2-3 for a bottle. You charged plenty of money each day for wristbands with zero accommodations. Do better!

I’ve been coming to this place for a few years. The facility itself it’s nice, but the attitude of security and the management desires a lot. Their attitude when they face an issue or problem it’s very disrespectful. Aside some of the rules that they have in place that seem to have questionable protocols. Definitely not my favorite place to come play.

Amazing place, we come here for basketball tournaments. The only complaint I have is the bathroom label “family restroom” lacks a changing table. And the only place there is to change a diaper is hard and dirty and lacks a trash can for the diapers. If you have a baby I suggest bringing a changing mat with you or something to disinfect the “changing table” (it’s a hard marble counter top). My second reason that I ducked a star is they try to say I couldn’t bring in my babies snacks. She is 11 months and can’t eat the food they offer. Thankfully after some talking they let me in.

You have this incredible facility. Everything was good. Except the lighting. This is basketball and volleyball. Players and refs need to be able to see. It is literally dark in the middle of the day. Insane to put a facility like this together and ignore having adequate light for sports. It would be perfect for candlelight dinner. 2 stars.
