This outfit is awesome. I love that they offer refill kits and Oscar is a gem ! He'll talk you through the process. I have a couple of now 20+ yr old printers that I buy toner for and the products I have purchased have worked without a hitch.

Been using this company for refills for many years. Always prompt top notch service and support. Recently my printer began blotching some pages, after several refills of toner. Oscar suggested the likely cause and solution. I immediately ordered the needed part (my toner unit was quite old). Kudos!
