One lady that Spanish is so rude.bi waited in a long line took over 30 minutes waiting.vi had a issue with my package that was half open I ask can I please get a little piece of tap to help wrap it up she gave me the biggest dirty look with one employer that does the boxes in the back both have me dirty looks like they didn't wanna do there jobs when I came right up there with others behind me she also gave other people rude attitude as well. Will not return to that post ever again I'll go back to Leesburg

David works in the Tavares Post Office where I frequently visit. He is consistent in delivering exceptional customer service...he is pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, respectful and willing to go the extra mile.

It's the first time that I'm taking the time, to do a review for my favorite post office. This review is long overdue.
I like all of the employees that I have the pleasure of communicating with on my many visits. I must give a special shout out to David and Christine. They are super cool and so helpful. There are too many people who take our postal workers for granted. There are some not so wise people; talking about cutting back on postal services and the many services that it offers....I say that I hope that will never include the Tavares Branch. I don't know what I would do without the employees there; they are so informative and caring. They work hard and they do not get the recognition that they deserve. Please keep your positive attitude and caring ways, it's noticeable. It's with appreciation that I say thank you to all.

i normally don't have great experiences at post offices… but i went in to renew my passport and mail everything away etc and i made a big boo-boo.
the woman at the counter was awesome. she was super nice and patient. she helped me out huge!

I received a message on my phone that a package has been delivered. 20 minutes later I went to the front of our neighborhood where all of our mailboxes are, and the postal lady had all of the doors open and was loading all the packages and mail. I waited patiently played on my phone for her to finish so she could lock them back up. I could open up my box and get what I needed as well as open the parcel box I needed to get into as well she started to close the doors as I was waiting but she was taking her time which was not a problem. I went ahead and grabbed my family’s mail out of our box and waited with the key to the bottom package boxes. Unsure which one I had the key to. standing 3 feet away from me she decided to snap in my face about four times without saying a word to me before she decided to snap at me asked me what my address was. I told her she snatched the key out of my hand and then pointed and went. It’s right there. mind you I was patiently waiting not rushing her in the slightest so where this came from I have no idea but it is completely unacceptable considering we had yet to even exchange words. Just extremely rude and disappointed in her behavior

One of the clerks who was a middle aged woman made me buy the tape they provide to box up my package, when I went to another window there was a young man and older woman they had open tape to provide to customers. The package I bought was already paid for. I only had to pay for the tape, which then I found out their cc machine was down, so then I had to go back out to my car and pay with cash. Every window should be fair to their customers. Never going back.

The girl who was helping me must have been a trainee. She was very professional and helpful. Can't say that about the lady who was training her. In my opinion she was rude and very short tempered. Didn't leave me with a good impression. Felt bad for the girl.

I am deeply disappointed with the recent experiences my mother has had with this postal service. Several packages sent to her address have been delivered to the wrong address by the same USPS driver, and this recurring issue has raised serious concerns about the overall competence and professionalism at this USPS location.First and foremost, the primary responsibility of a postal service is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of packages to their intended recipients. It is perplexing and frustrating that despite repeated incidents, the same driver continues to make delivery mistakes. One would expect the USPS to implement stringent measures and effective training to ensure their employees are well-versed with the area they serve and are capable of delivering mail accurately.Furthermore, the lack of professionalism displayed by the USPS driver is disheartening. Consistently delivering packages to the wrong addresses reflects poorly on the entire organization and erodes the trust customers have in USPS. Please do better and learn how to deliver mail.
