Never had an issue at pharmacy prior to today. Andolust WORST service I've EVER experienced at a Pharmacy in my life. Terrible communication. No acknowledgement that you're waiting, and more people behind the counter than I've ever seen at this location...TLDR; Thursday staff is worse than you can imagine. Wait until a different day to visit this pharmacy.

Staying open till 1200pm is great courteous employees need parking for my e bike to lock it up or t a ke it inside store alot of thieves in this area.

Always blessed to go into that Walgreen. It's sometimes a pain in the butt to get in and out of the parking structure. However, they have mostly what I needed. Always friendly staff

The lady at the window was rude and when I went home to try to resolve the problem I was having and called the pharmacy back the lady was rude and acted as if it was a major inconvenience..

This store has the Pharmacy go on break for a hour and a half in the middle of the day. They can never let you know if your prescription is ready with a call or a estimated fill time. It's time to put a real pharmacist incharge or close this store down. they are not helpful.

I was visiting from another state and had my doctor send a prescription refill here. It was such a hassle - saying my insurance denied this when it was on the accepted list ... It took over six hours to straighten things out and get my medicine. Grrr

Very rude and extremely unhelpful Lisa in pharmacy preforms her job like a robot terrible customer service . She is one customer service rep that needs to be replaced with a Kyosk . I never had issues with the Clermont location.

Worst pharmacy ever...they did not want to comply with the hospital so I could get my medicine...they have made decisions on stopping my children's med without Dr consent

Very nice staff. Helpful and courteous. Placed order online it was ready, correct and accociate explained options for drive thru and curb service. Very outgoing young man. Oh and I didn't have to wait in a line so it was fast and I was on my way.

Pharmacist REFUSED to give instructions to us how to use the the medicine only repeated IT'S ON THE BOTTLE. I thought they had to give instructions if asked. In fact, at Walmart they don't give you medicine without a consult with a pharmacist. Also they said they did not have the prescription that was phone in a day earlier and they DID. I don't think I will use them again, There are way too many choices! They should know that and treat customers properly
