Chris the nail tech and his grandmother are always very welcoming and available with appointments. Chris is a perfectionist and gives a great foot massage along with perfectly painted mani pedi always clean and professional. I have been here many times and they are consistently good.

Got me and my husband in with no notice for pedicures! Feet look and feel amazing! Best massage ever! Highly recommended!!!!! She says she is the new owner. So the low rating is not from her!!!! Try them out!

I'm beginning to wonder if this location cleans their tools between uses.
I watched the older woman who works there dip the tools she used into my water basin that my feet had been in and then dried them with the cloth my feet were resting on and set them in her bin.
She just used those same tools on another woman before me.
Update: I confronted the woman and she said they use the same tools. I said I watched you dip the tools in water and wipe it off. She said yes. (Used dirty water) and then I told her she can't do that.

There was a woman two seats away from me getting a pedicure. There are usually only two or three employees working here. Long wait times typically. Because I was waiting longer than usual I was paying more attention to the employees. When I first got there the foot bath had a used plastic basin cover still sitting in it and I had to tell the man to change it before he started my pedicure and that it was dirty and used. He changed it but was prepared to use the same one that had already been used. I watched the woman who works there dip her tools in dirty foot bath water, including the white jet cover, and set it to the side. Not cleaned. The tools she used on me were used on the person before me. She dipped them in water where my feet had been soaking and dried them on the towel my feet were at and tossed them in her bin. This was the same thing that was done with the woman prior to me. It didn't register right away what had happened but then I asked her if they were the same tools and she said yes. I then spoke with the male at the front desk and explained this to him and he didn't deny this. He said something to her about it and did not seem surprised at all about this.

They are nice people but notice not a lot of cleaning on backside and son who is young and not licensed is doing nails (whom actually cut me )… Nice but disaster waiting to happen!
