Associate was very friendly. Store didn’t carry necessary cables for basic TV connections. Maybe not in mainland, but missed business opportunity in the keys.

Terrible service, lazy .
The two employees had no interest in helping . They did not even get up from there chairs, Especially when they tried to get me to buy a new phone and i refused.
They did not help with my problem. Had to call AT&T to get my problem fixed.

Only reason I am giving any stars is the manger Angel, he was very helpful and transparent unlike the young lady who said her name was Carla but hid her name tag so could have lied! She lied when I started my plan with them about the monthly bill an fees which would have kept me from switching to AT&T. Long story short if you can go to the store in Key Largo those 2 gentleman were helpful from the start, it would be helpful to your wallet an to speak with them and would much rather them have commission from me rather than that stuck up lady who I asked to not speak to me but hovers over the whole conversation with the manager then proceeds to speak in another language in front of me so I could not understand her! She is the worst!!!!!!!!!!

They’ve been extremely helpful when I was having issues to set up information from my old device, the manager made sure everything was working properly before I left the store, and also Issac and Angel helped me to get the best plan according to what I needed, I totally recommend the store

I had an issue that couldn’t be resolved by talking to an agent over the phone, so I went into the store. They tried to figure out if it was a hardware problem, and eventually sold me a brand new phone, but when that was switched over to my old number. The problem persisted. It was at that point, the technician realized that it was some kind of issue with my plan and made a simple adjustment. I should’ve never had to purchase a brand new phone.
