I had an issue that couldn’t be resolved by talking to an agent over the phone, so I went into the store. They tried to figure out if it was a hardware problem, and eventually sold me a brand new phone, but when that was switched over to my old number. The problem persisted. It was at that point, the technician realized that it was some kind of issue with my plan and made a simple adjustment. I should’ve never had to purchase a brand new phone.

Went to AT&T in Tavernier FL to purchase internet services for my local small business. None of the staff knew any answers to anything. Every customer in the store had to wait for Oliver the manager to assist because staff knew nothing. I spoke with a store associate and store manager Oliver regarding a mobile hotspot for business internet in the Florida Keys. They explained to me that no one in that store has ever sold the business internet before. I was the first customer. Oliver explained to me that the service was the best in the florida keys. Oliver said "there isnt a boat captain in the florida keys that doesnt take their AT&T cell phone offshore. Oliver was extremely confident that this was the best internet available in the keys. Oliver specifically told me that people cancel their verizon and comcast internet for AT&T in the Keys because it is the best. I took Olivers word for it and purchased the business internet. Oliver said if I wasnt happy bring back the device for a full refund within 14 days. The internet service was awful. It didnt work anywhere. We tried using the mobile hotspot from 2 different locations in Key Largo and 1 location in Tavernier FL. It was not even 50% reliable and was only painfully slow. When I returned to AT&T in Tavernier to return the staff had no idea how to return the product and again Oliver had to come process the refund. However this time Oliver entered a couple things on an ipad for the store associate and then disappeared. The store associate then informed me that I would need to pay taxes, fees, and restocking fee to return the mobile hot spot. This was also the associate that sold me the device. I asked about the 14 day refund and the store associate said yes no problem I will get my supervisor to override all the fees. When Oliver returned he claimed that he told me all of this when I purchased the product (this is the product that Oliver himself said that store and no one in that store has ever sold before, the same product that took nearly an hour to process because no one in the store knew how to do it). When I voiced my concern that Oliver lied to me about the offer Oliver laughed in my face and blamed AT&T corporate policy. I would never recommend using this AT&T in the Florida Keys and I would definitely stay far away from AT&T in Tavernier. Every question has to go through Oliver and he will lie to you get the sale. You will end up wasting half your day waiting for your turn and then you will get lied to. Massive waste of time.

Went in a few weeks ago for a trade in and Oliver advised me on how to get a better deal for my phone, i.e waiting a few weeks for the next generation of the phone I was looking for to come out and also recommended a great repair guy for a few issues with the old phone. Went back in today and left 15 minutes later with a pre-order submitted and a prepaid shipping label for when the new phone arrives to send my old one back in. I ended up getting the next phone almost completely free due to the repairs their employee originally suggested, which I was happy to pay for for the deal I got. Daniel was very helpful and quick and Oliver answered a few questions I had, the other employees inside were also very nice. Overall great experience!

Do not waste your time even going to this store. The staff are rude and lazy. They just don’t want to offer customer service at all. Worst experience.Do yourselves a favor and go to the AT&T store in Key Largo where they actually care about you and do an amazing job!

Incompetent and dishonest. Lorena lied about the price of the new phone AND about the cost for the change in plan to get the new phone. Took her over 2 hours to change the information from the old phone and still didn't get it right. I went home and transferred myself in about 10 minutes. Don't waste your time. I got ripped off so beware.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Kiersten was a pleasure and the manager Manuela was so helpful. They fixed all of our issues and were much better than calling the 611 number. We will be back!!

The manager Manuela is very helpful amd hands on. The other employees are also extremely professional and helpful and make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in and greet you very politely. Although I don't generally like AT&T as a corporation, these individuals are committed to customer service and prompt service for the customers that do visit the store. Even when you call in they provide you with excellent attention and service and are always very honest with their recommendations

It had been 6 years since I changed my plan. I always buy my iPhones (unlocked) directly from Apple. I saw AT&T was offering a plan $15 less, with more features, than what I had been paying. I entered the store and had to wait a few minutes for service. I already knew the plan I wanted to change to, so that was simple. I also thought to print my bill so all my info would be there. The employee even offered to back date the new plan a couple days, so my billing cycle would not be part of one plan and part of another, thus saving me a little more. Everything was complete in under 10 minutes. Could not have asked for better service!
