“Great property. Clean rooms. Ours had a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. Bathrooms are mostly renovated (original sink and tub; new tile and floor) and are very nice. Spacious room with 2 king size beds and kitchen table and chairs. Very low-key vibe, and right on the water. Pool and private beach. Would stay here again (hopefully far away from the guest that smoked a cigar 24x7 which basically ruined any chance of us enjoying our patio).”

“A spacious apartment, with good facilities and air conditioning. A usable, but small balcony with great views of the ocean. Check-in wasn't until 5pm, which we found a little late. Complimentary water and pool towels, good for local amenities ( supermarkets etc.) Only downside was the mattress- it had definitely seen better days, you rolled into a central 'ditch'. A good value complex for a couple of days stay.”

“Great room views, great beach. Basically like a motel, though. Room doors are open to the outside, which means any and every noise will flood into your room. People talking, kids screaming, police sirens, road traffic, all of it. Not quiet at all.”

“The Reefhouse Resort and Marina is an absolute must-stay. Everything from the food to the rooms and the atmosphere is exceptional. Anyone giving it less than five stars is missing the mark! It’s easily the nicest place I’ve ever stayed, and we will definitely be back.”

“Buddy, Sue and Ray were excellent to work with. We had some major hull fiberglass damage and they jumped right on the repair and worked with our insurance company. Communication was consistent and fast. Refreshing to have good old fashion customer service.”

“Everything was great pretty much! A few small, nitpicky things I noticed was low water pressure and I saw a few hairs when we got there in the shower/sink. Other than that I was happy with the room. Great for us! They were super accommodating to us and allowed us to get married on the property. They were very helpful and made sure people weren’t in the way of our ceremony. I would definitely stay there again in the future! It was a beautiful property with nice amenities(small gym, pool, beach area, paddle boards/kayaks). Even has a Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby! ?”

“Weve been going to Popps since the mid 80s. Starting going there in my late teens. It's my favorite place to stay when I come to the Keys. There is Nothing like walking out of your room right onto the private beach. ❤️ The View at Sunset will take your breath away....FACT. No filters on this photo.❤️❤️”

“Okay so I read the obvious Karen”s one star review. Absolutely ridiculous. You’re in a hotel…. Ummm I don’t think I’ve ever in a completely silent hotel. Some people will always find the negative in everything.

Let’s get down to business. This hotel is an absolute gem! It’s our favorite! It’s QUIET, CLEAN, and private. It’s breathtaking. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing time this is your place!! Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful. The rooms are so clean. We stayed on the backside of the hotel facing the water. It had a little living room, a refrigerator, dishwasher everything you would need for a stay. They provide WiFi and free washer and dryer on property and they provide the detergent and dryer sheets. That’s so awesome.

So if you’re a human that goes through life with a glass half empty…. Please do not jade this beautiful property for others. It’s not fair. We will always come back here!! It’s a little slice of paradise.

We are at a few great restaurants, Snooks it’s on the water they have great food and great music!! Joe is awesome!

Ziggy Mad Dogs is excellent, the Italian Company Rocks!!!

There is also an amazing Indian restaurant excellent food and service. Called Zaika it’s right down the street. So good!!”

“Quiet and family friendly! Clean with a great heated pool. The "beach" area was lovely though of you expect sandy beaches and waves, the keys don't offer that. But the created area and the piers and seating areas were beautiful. The restaurant was not open when we were there but there was a great grill with a big menu by the pool. You also have access to their sister resort which is close but we were fine at LaSiesta. Don't miss so the water and fishing activities at Robbies Marina which is very close! Our family "villa" was like a 2 story apt with a balcony on each floor but was not a stand alone unit/house. Lots of room and beds and couches for 5 people! There is a kitchenette (microwave but no stove) but no plates or silverware is supplied. We just used paper plates from a nearby Winn Dixie. Great stay and so very very relaxing!”

“My mother, myself and my 2 yr old daughter had a girl's vacation here for the weekend and it was so nice and relaxing we only left the property to get food and very much enjoyed the pool, especially my daughter! They have a beach area that you can watch for boats and sea life and sun bathe! And the staff was some of the nicest ladies I've ever met, they even helped me with my daughter and made room adjustments for us last minute because of my disability! Seriously recommend coconut cove to anyone wanting a stress free, relaxing stay!”

My husband and I have been traveling all over the keys for the past month and we have to say that this hotel is the best one we have stayed at due to their cleanliness & maintenance of their facility.
