It took me almost 6 months to get a shower door installed. The whole process was rough, stared when they walked into my house without knocking and ended 6 months later when I feel like if I didn't bug them they would have completely forgotten about the door.

Needed bathroom glass enclosure and checked reviews for Middle Keys. Glad I did. Made appointment for a quote and Ken not only showed up, but was on time and efficiently took all measurements to get the job started. He was very polite and thorough. You could tell he has command of his profession and it showed through with the install. Having had a similar job done on the mainland recently, I feel their price was fair and their quality top notch. The job was completed on time and budget, without the BS we’ve come to expect from contractors. Highly recommend Isa’s and Ken specifically. The enclosure looks and feels amazing. Thank you for your excellent work ethic.

Ken installed two shower doors in my home in Key Largo, FL and I couldn't have asked for better quality and customer service. His professionalism and willing to work to the highest standard is what sets him apart from others. He will be installing my staircase glass with railings. I would recommend Ken and Isa’s glass to anyone in need of his work.

I called a glass company in Marathon, Fl on Friday 09/17/21 and first, the lady was not very nice who answered the phone, we needed a glass shower door repaired and she said I was # 80 on the list and didn’t know when they could get here to fix it. It was dangerous as the glass was hitting the other door.I called Ken at ISA’s right afterwards and he said he would call me back to set an appt. later that night, he texted me apologizing for not getting back to me (very much appreciated), and called on Monday and came as scheduled on Tuesday. He could not have been nicer!Please do not hesitate to call him, he does what he says and it was refreshing with how short handed the Keys are with employeesThank you Ken!

Isa's Mirror and Glass installed the bathroom glass enclosures in our home during new construction almost 15 years ago. When we decided to renovate one of the bathrooms, we contacted them again. Once again, the service was excellent. Ken is amazing!!! he came out completed the estimate, gave us a delivery date and he was right on time. His work and attention to detail is top notch. I love our new frameless shower doors.
