This is more than a visit to a Gallery. This is a total experience of creative work by two local owner artists who are passionate about their many artistic talents. The gallery is an amazing place filled with their sculptures paintings ceramic artworks and much more. There is an enchanting sculpture garden on the grounds filled with the flavor of the Florida Keys. Old Road Gallery is a must visit on a trip to the Keys and I’m looking forward to future visits. Thank you to the owners Cindy and Wayne for such a memorable experience.

Very nice gallery and garden. I'm sorry I didn't buy anything but didn't want to lay shipping (my problem!) Very interesting artist/ owner. I enjoyed meeting him & Princess the cat. Garden is lovely too!

This gallery is a gem. Beautiful metal and pottery pieces at reasonable prices. The outdoor part in back is like a little park with a walking path and sitting area. Wonderfully friendly owners. Get one of a kind hand made items to remember your trip to Florida. We did!

Really nice gallery. The owners are so friendly. If you are looking for a special souvenir you will find it there. But also the art peaces are so nice to see. Cups, fruit bowls, frames, mirrors,etc. You can also relaxe in the garden and see the house-peacock!

You will find on display here a unique and wonderful selection of handcrafted plates, coffee/tea mugs, trivets, copper wall hangings, and artwork, many of which are made by local artists and artisans. There is an indoor gallery as well as a selection outdoors. If you are lucky you will meet a peacock during your visit, or perhaps come across a napping cat. Shopping here is always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful but not intrusive, and don't be surprised if you find more than one item that entices you to bring it home!

Oh my goodness, these potters are amazing, inventive, imaginative, talented ... everything. They used to have a place at the Rain Barrel, but now they've moved. It's only one block off the main highway, but it seems like you're stepping into a different era. This is a clean break from the traffic and hub-bub of shopping in the Florida Keys tourist zone. The shop itself highlights all sorts of ingenious pottery. But then be sure to step outside into the garden. Holy cow, I don't even know how those plants develop that way. Just amazing. I know it's just a pottery store, but I could wander through that garden for an hour. At least. HINT 1) If you find four plates that you really really love, buy all four and not just one. You're probably not coming back anytime soon and you will wish that you have a set and not just the one. Trust me on this. HINT 2) If you find something that you love, buy it now. It won't be here when you actually do come back. Basically, if you're over the tourist shopping in Key West and the rest of the Keys, if you're looking for quality stuff that you might expect to find in places like Seagrove, NC, then get off the highway and take a visit to Old Road. Hope this helps!
