My wife and I went on a week long liveaboard cruise to get our ASA 101,103,and 104 certs. It was amazing. We learned so much and she also hooked us up with a lead on a sailboat of our own. Excellent food, sunsets, memories, dolphins, fishing, and so many new skills! Thanks so much Jenn for a great experience!

If you’re looking for an adventure and you have an interest in sailing, plan a trip with Jenn! You will come away with a lot more than just new sailing skills. You’ll have memories that will last a lifetime. You’ll be fed and cared for like royalty. You’ll be tired from the hard work of learning new skills, but you won’t want the time to end. We can’t wait to do another adventure in the future.

Stefanie & Lewis Key west adventure (Jan 18th-22nd) 5 day trip passed courses ASA101 & 103 aboard Bahama Rogue 41ft full keelboat.First of all this was one of the best trips we have ever had and cannot wait to come back and continue our next courses! The location was ideal. We flew direct from Houston TX to Key West airport and stayed in a hotel the night before. We made our way to the dock for 12noon, it's only about 8 miles north from the airport. We met captain Feather Lee and got to know each other, prepped the boat and covered the learning and what we already knew before we departed. The boat was impressive and had so much space for 3 people. Bahama Rogue actually had 3 sails, the Jib, Main and Genoa. We were a bit daunted at first by this but as we learned this made sailing easier and more stable throughout the week! We learned so much controlling the boat and by day 3 we were sailing without help and with the wind which was an amazing feeling! We spent each day learning and enjoying the sail, we stopped at 3 different crystal clear barrier reefs and went snorkeling which was incredible being 5 miles from shore. We saw giant turtles, dolphins, rays, and so many different fish and it seemed we had the ocean to ourselves it was so quiet! We put the fishing rods out each day but only caught one yellowfin that was too small so we tossed it back, we will get one next time! We anchored up in some beautiful calm spots to watch the sunset and star gaze. Feather cooked and catered for us all week with amazing food there was so much choice and we loved it all and never felt hungry! We had lots of great conversations and stories, Feather gave us some privacy each night where we would drink some wine and relax. We only completed our tests when we were comfortable and each day we set out our plan of where to sail! Feather had excellent recommendations and we went with her suggestions most days. We travelled around 115 miles in the 5 days and experienced each different ocean type from big waves and 500ft deep to no wind and calm waters! The best thing about the trip was to not touch land for 5 days, it truly was a unique experience! Overall we want to thank Feather for being an inspiration and amazing person, you could not get a more experienced and knowledgeable instructor in the Keys. It was a pleasure and we are already planning to come and complete our navigation and catamaran courses in the same place!
