more than 80% of packages arrive late and/or delivered to unknown neighbors, complaints to USPS don't seem to matter. their underfunded drivers do not mind messing up mail, not my words, the drivers' words!!!!

I Love how quickly you can get service. Plenty of priority packages are ready for use. If you have questions the clerk is happy to answer them. There are no lines at this post office and the building is dated, but it has a pony express back in the decades feeling.

Worst postal service ever moved here from Louisville ky to Panama city Florida. Nothing but trouble receiving packages from ebay. When I call to complaint four different times for lost packages the same answer your regular mailmen was on vacation that day. This Panama city Florida post office is a mess.

Please do anything you can to NOT get your package delivered from these people. I paid for my package to be delivered on the 18th and it's the 23rd and still nothing. I've went to the post office and they said they're waiting on UPS to drop it off, so I went to UPS and they said they already gave it to the post office. I even called the company I bought my package from and they said it's at my local post office. These people are liars and they suck at delivering.

This is the worst USPS there is. Absolutely no customer service. The supervisor is incompetent and self absorbed. Every time I go there to pick up my parcels because they are not able to deliver them because of their issues the stuff is rude. Guess it is time for them to go out of business. They give all the good USPS locations a really bad name. Never had any problems with USPS until I moved here where they take money for not doing the job. They need to be retrained.

My express packages NEVER get delivered when they're paid to be delivered by. The driver used to scan every single package as delivered as soon as he received it and wouldn't deliver it to my home for days. Now he scans them as "out for delivery" but still doesn't deliver them that day. Two days ago he said delivery failed because of "no access to delivery location." I live on a paved road that connects to a major highway. There isn't even a pothole on my road. I still haven't received this package that I paid an extra $20 to have express shipped. I would explain all of this to the Post Office, but I've called them, no exaggeration, 11 times today. There is a voice mail greeting and then it rings for the operator who never answers. If the Post Office were a person I would punch him in the face.

Worse postal service in my life of 57yrs. I have lived up and down the east coast of the US. I even lived in a third world country with better postal delivery service. I do believe most of the problem is in the sorting area. Got worse after we talked to the manager. If we get mail it is someone else's 4 out 5 times. I never take anything to this post office. I drive to the one in Lynnhaven if I have no choice. I use Mail Boxes Etc mostly. Mail going out gets to all of its' destination arrives with no problem. Mail coming does not reach us.

Irritated with 1 employee who told our former roommates where we moved to. Know this for a fact as I turned in a change of address card on a Fri or Sat & former roommates made a comment asking how we liked the new place the next day & they specified the exact street & house # where we'd moved to.

I had a situation trying to retrieve a priority package bouncing between three local post offices faster than I could chase it down for three days. The clerks at Panama City Sherman St, Panama city Jenks Ave and Panama City Beach Churchwell Drive were very courteous and went out of their way to help with the problem. Eventually because of their above and beyond efforts a supervisor actually met me at a post office to hand it to me. I do not share the opinion of the negative reviews I have seen except for the long lines and never answering the phone.

This post office has the best customer service of any I've ever been to. They're super friendly and actually smile when you approach the counter. I've been here many times and I ALWAYS get the same superb service. They assist me with choosing the best way to ship my items. They will even go grab the supplies I need when I'm standing there floundering because I don't know what I'm doing (which is why I ask for help). They also help me keep costs low while making sure my packages arrive as quickly and safely as I need them to. There is a propensity for people to skip the line here and walk up to the counter to ask for help. This annoys me, but so far I haven't seen it annoy anyone working behind the counter. They deal with these people politely and swiftly and then get right back to giving me excellent customer service. I always make sure to tell them how much I appreciate their positive attitudes. I can't even imagine what kind of idiot, disgruntled customers they have to deal with sometimes.
